Abstract

In this study, the effect of casting delay of self-compacting concrete (SCC) on concrete properties was investigated. For this purpose, different proportions of fly ash (FA) as mineral additives, waste concrete powder (WCP), and hyperplasticizer (HP) as chemical additives were used. In SCC mixtures; by using 1,5 % and 1,7 % (HP) ratios, total of 14 SCC were produced. In the produced all SCC; the amount of binding material and w / b ratio (0.35) was kept constant. Produced fresh SCC were kept in 30 min. and 60 min. The unit weight, slump, T50, V-funnel and L-box fresh concrete test on SCC were carried out. After testing fresh concrete, concrete specimens were 100 mm cubes cast into wooden moulds. Cube specimens were kept in the curing pool for 7, 28 and 90 days. Compressive strength test on the cube specimens were carried out. The produced SCC?s were compared with each other as well as with control concrete. According to the test results, It was determined that whether produced concrete having the characteristics of the SCC. It was determined that WCP and the FA can be used in the production of SCC. It was determined that delays in SCC cast did not cause the loss of compressive strength in general.Key Words: Self-placement of concrete, fly ash, waste concrete,hyperplasticizer.

Bu çalışmada, kendiliğinden yerleşen beton (KYB) dökümündeki gecikmelerin beton özelliklerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, mineral katkı olarak farklı oranlarda uçucu kül (UK) ve atık beton tozu (ABT), kimyasal katkı olarak hiperakışkanlaştırıcı (HA) kullanılmıştır. KYB karışımlarında % 1,5 ve % 1,7 olmak üzere katkı oranı kullanılarak toplam 14 KYB üretilmiştir. Üretilen bütün KYB'lerde bağlayıcı madde miktarı ve s/b oranı (0,35) sabit tutulmuştur. Üretilen taze KYB'ler 0, 30 ve 60 dakika bekletilmiştir. KYB'ler üzerinde birim ağırlık, yayılma (slump), T50, V hunisi ve L kutusu taze beton deneyleri yapılmıştır. Taze beton deneylerinden sonra 10x10x10 cm boyutlarında küp numuneler elde edilmiştir. Küp numuneler kür havuzunda 7, 28 ve 90 gün bekletilmiştir. Küp numuneler üzerinde basınç dayanımı deneyleri yapılmıştır. Üretilen KYB'ler hem kontrol betonu hemde birbirleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır.Deney sonuçlarına göre üretilen betonların KYB özelliği taşıyıp taşımadığı belirlenmiştir. ABT ve UK ` ün KYB üretiminde kullanılabileceği belirlenmiştir. KYB dökümündeki gecikmelerin genel olarak basınç dayanımı kaybına yol açmadığı belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kendiliğinden yerleşen beton, uçucu kül, atık beton,hiperakışkanlaştırıcı.
