In the framework of the effective mass, the interactions with Yukawa and Eckart potentials of the spin-1/2 particles are approximately investigated analytically by solving Dirac equation using asymptotic iteration method and are obtained that the bound states energies and normalized eigenfunctions of the system. The spin-1/2 particles with effective mass that interact with the Hulthen and Manning-Rosen potentials are examined by solving N dimensional Dirac equation using the asymptotic iteration method. In order to get the bound states and eigenfunctions of the spin-1 particles with effective/constant mass that interact with the Kratzer-type and two dimensional Smorodinsky-Winternitz potentials, the formalism of the Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation with effective mass is reviewed. While the asymptotic iteration method uses for the Smorodinsky-Winternitz potential, the Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation is exactly solved and the corresponding bound states are obtained by suggested wavefunction to interactive the case with the Kratzer-type potential. The spin-0 particles such as pseudoscalar mesons that consist of a quark-antiquark pair are investigated in the effective mass Klein-Gordon formalism. As a method it is used the ansatz wavefunction and exact result has been acquired.

Etkin kütle yaklaşıklığı çerçevesinde spin-1/2 parçacıklarının Yukawa ve Eckart potansiyeli ile etkileşimleri, Dirac denkleminin yaklaşık olarak analitik bir şekilde asimtotik iterasyon metodu kullanılarak çözülmesiyle incelendi ve sistemin bağlı durum enerjileri ve normalize öz fonksiyonları elde edildi. Hulthen ve Manning-Rosen potansiyelleri ile etkileşen etkin kütleli spin-1/2 parçacıkları ise N boyutta Dirac denkleminin asimtotik iterasyon metodu kullanılarak çözülmesiyle incelendi. Kratzer tipi ve iki boyutlu Smorodinsky-Winternitz potansiyelleri ile etkileşen etkin/sabit kütleli spin-1 parçacıklarının bağlı durumlarını ve öz fonksiyonlarını elde edebilmek için etkin kütleli Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau denklemi formalizmi gözden geçirildi. Smorodinsky-Winternitz potansiyelli durum için asimtotik iterasyon metodu kullanılırken, Kratzer tipi potansiyel ile etkileşimli durum için dalga fonksiyonu önerilmek suretiyle Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau denklemi tam olarak çözüldü ve bağlı durumlar elde edildi. Kuark-antikuark potansiyeli altındaki bir kuark ve antikuark çiftinden oluşan sankiskaler mezonlar gibi spin-0 parçacıkları etkin kütleli Klein-Gordon formalizminde incelendi. Yöntem olarak dalga fonksiyonu önerisi kullanıldı ve tam çözüm elde edildi.
