Abstract

The study was carried out in two different locations, Pozantı (Adana) and Darboğaz (Ulukışla/Niğde) in 2015-2017. It was tried to determine the effects of the emergence time of R. cerasi and population fluctuations and the control methods that can be used in organic cherry cultivation against R. cerasi and Monilia disease. It was investigated the effectiveness of net covering trees, mulch textile, mass capture technique, herbal origin insecticides and insecticides application against Cherry fruit fly control and also cultural prevention, cultural prevention + bio-fungicides, cultural prevention + fungicides, bio-fungicides and fungicides application for Monilia disease management.As a result of studies on population monitoring, the population of Cherry fruit fly in Pozantı has been low levels and in Darboğaz a little higher levels. It has been observed that there is an important statistical difference between the non-application control and the control methods. The best effective was obtained from the net application and cultural prevention+ bio-fungicides respectively in management Cherry fruit fly and Monilia disease. It has been concluded that the other methods of management in the experiment can be used easily in organic farming applications.

Çalışma, 2015-2017 yılları arasında Pozantı (Adana) ve Darboğaz (Ulukışla/Niğde)'da iki farklı ekolojik alanda yürütülmüştür. Kiraz sineği (Rhagoletis cerasi L.)'nin ortaya çıkış zamanı ve popülasyon dalgalanmaları ile Kiraz sineği ve Monilya hastalığına karşı organik kiraz yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılabilecek mücadele yöntemlerinin etkileri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Kiraz sineğine karşı mücadelede ağaçları örten net, malç tekstili, kitlesel yakalama tekniği, bitkisel kökenli insektisit ve insektisit uygulamalarının, Monilya hastalığına karşı ise kültürel önlem, kültürel önlem+biyo-fungusit, kültürel önlem+fungusit, biyo-fungusit ve fungusit uygulamalarının etkileri araştırılmıştır. Yapılan popülasyon takibi çalışmaları sonucunda Pozantı'da Kiraz sineği popülasyonu düşük düzeylerde, Darboğaz'da ise biraz daha yüksek düzeylerde seyretmiştir. Denemeye alınan alternatif mücadele yöntemleri ile kontrol karşılaştırıldığında istatistiksel olarak aralarında önemli fark olduğu saptanmıştır. Kiraz sineği ile mücadelede en etkili yöntemin net uygulaması olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Monilya hastalığı ile mücadelede ise kültürel önlem uygulaması ile birlikte biyo-fungusit uygulaması en iyi etkiyi göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak, denemeye alınan mücadele yöntemlerinin organik tarım uygulamalarında rahatlıkla kullanılabileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.
