Abstract

In this research, the rainbow trout exposed to pesticide of acetochlor and glyphosate sub-lethal doses in refreshing environments. Swimming performance, blood parameters (MCV, MCH, Fe, Cl, LDH), histopathology and genotoxic effects were investigated. Pesticides were applied solely or together. Experimental desing was set to be 6 treatment groups (acetochlor 0.225 mg/Lt and acetochlor 0.1125 mg/Lt - glyphosate 43 mg/Lt and glyphosate 21.5 mg/Lt - acetochlor+glyphosate 21.613 mg/Lt and acetochlor+glyphosate 10.801 mg/Lt) and control group.Pesticide application is important on the critical swimming performance, LDH, ALB, average erythrocyte volume and thrombocytes (p<0.05). Our results showed very significant influence on erytrocytes with micronukleus and the value of CL (p<0.01). In the histopathological examination of liver and gill tissue, pesticide showed melting in lamellae, hyperemia, epithelial necrosis. It was also be effective in vacuole formation and cell infiltration.

Bu araştırmada, asetoklor ve glifosat pestisitlerinin sub-letal dozlarına yenilenen ortamlarda maruz bırakılan gökkuşağı alabalıklarında, yüzme performansı (kritik yüzme hızı), kan parametreleri (MCV, MCH, Fe, Cl, LDH), histopatoloji ve genotoksik etkiler incelenmiştir. Deneme, söz konusu pestisitler tekli ve ikili uygulanması şartıyla 6 muamele (asetoklor 0,225 mg/Lt ve asetoklor 0,1125 mg/Lt - glifosat 43 mg/Lt ve glifosat 21,5 mg/Lt - asetoklor+glifosat 21,613 mg/Lt ve asetoklor+glifosat 10,801 mg/Lt) ve kontrol grubundan oluşmuştur.Deneme süresi sonunda pestisit uygulaması, kritik yüzme hızı, LDH, ALB, ortalama eritrosit hacmi ve trombosit sayısı üzerine önemli (p<0,05), mikroçekirdekli eritrosit sayısı ve Cl değerinde ise çok önemli etki göstermiştir (p<0,01). Karaciğer ve solungaç dokularının histopatolojik incelemelerinde ise pestisitlerin lamellerde erime, hiperemi, epitel nekrozlar, vakuol oluşumları ve hücre infiltrasyonlarında etkili olduğu görülmüştür.
