This is a semi experimental study that has been carried out on observing measurementresearch design with experiment and control groups in order to determine theeffectiveness of psychoeducation on anger behavior with patients who has beendiagnosed with antisocial personality disorder. The study group was formed of 60antisocial personality disorder patients in the age 20 to 25 age range who voluntarilyaccepted to participate in the study at a Military Hospital psychiatric outpatient clinic.Study data was collected using Patient Information Form and Trait Anger ExpressionScale (SÖÖİTÖ). Following the preliminary test applied on the experiment and controlgroups, the experiment group was subject to psychoeducation consists of 8 sessions. Nointervention was performed on control group. After psychoeducation both experimentand control groups underwent a post-test, after that 1. month 3. month follow-up testswere performed. On the analysis of the data standart deviation, mean, chi-square,percentage, Friedman Test were used. Before psychoeducation personel characteristicsand Trait Anger Expression Scale scores of patients both in the experimental andcontrol groups were similar. In the post-test and follow-up of patients in the experimentand control groups, a significant difference was found from Trait Anger ExpressionScale scores (p<0,05). In conclusion, psychoeducation was found to be effective onpatients with antisocial personality disorder in coping with anger, controlling anger andexpressing anger in an appropriate manner. In accordance with these results obtainedfrom the study, there is a need to conduct new studies with different sample groups andusing psychoeducation on patients with antisocial personality disorder is important.

Bu araştırma antisosyal kişilik bozukluğu olan bireylere verilen psikoeğitiminöfke davranışları üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla deney-kontrol desenindeizlem çalışmalı yarı deneysel bir araştırma olarak gerçekleştirildi. Araştırmanınörneklemini bir Askeri Hastane psikiyatri polikliniğine başvuran antisosyal kişilikbozukluğu olan 20- 25 yaşları arası çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 60 hasta oluşturdu.Çalışmanın verileri Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Sürekli Öfke ve Öfke İfade Tarz Ölçeği(SÖÖİTÖ) kullanılarak toplandı. Deney ve kontrol grubuna uygulanan öntestsonrasında deney grubuna sekiz oturumdan oluşan psikoeğitim uygulandı. Kontrolgrubuna herhangi bir girişim uygulanmadı. Deney grubunun eğitimlerinin sonunda hemdeney hem kontrol grubuna sontest ve sontestten sonraki birinci ayda ve üçüncü aydaizlem testi uygulandı. Verilerin analizinde ortalama, yüzdelik dağılım, standart sapma,Bağımsız Örneklem t-testi, Friedman Testi ve Mann Whitney U testi kullanıldı.Psikoeğitim öncesi deney ve kontrol grubundaki hastaların bireysel özellikleri veSürekli Öfke ve Öfke İfade Tarz Ölçeği puanları arasında anlamlı fark olmayıp gruplarbirbirine benzerdi. Deney ve kontrol grubundaki hastaların son test ve izlemlerindeSürekli Öfke ve Öfke İfade Tarz Ölçeği puanı karşılaştırıldığında anlamlı fark saptandı(p<0,05). Sonuç olarak, psikoeğitimin antisosyal kişilik bozukluğu hastalarında öfkedavranışını kontrol etmede ve uygun şekilde ifade edebilmede etkili olduğu bulundu. Busonuçlar doğrultusunda farklı örneklem gruplarıyla yeni araştırmalar yapılmasının veantisosyal kişilik bozukluğu olan hastalarla çalışan hemşirelerin hasta bakımındapsikoeğitim uygulamasını kullanmasının önemli olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
