Abstract

In this study, is used Tanalith-C (CCA) for as a protecting and protim 230WR for as awater repelling. By using polyuretan and polivinalacetat (PVA) glues, some mechanicexperiments are done with the specimens of laminated Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) withsolid wood of beech and austrian pine (pinus nigra). In addition the differences is observated atphysical properties.At the specimens of laminated Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) the usage ofpolivinalacetat (PVA) glue is not seen appropriate. Instead of this polyuretan glue which givepositive effect to the mechanic properties, should be used.There is not important mechanical changing at the all specimens of impregnated , butat the specimens of unimpregnated are seen a significant strenght loss. At the end of this studyare seen both of the preservation metarials supply sufficient protection.Key Words: Wood, bending resistance, pressure resistance, bonding resistance.

Bu çalısmada; koruyucu olarak Tanalith- C (CCA) ve su itici olarak ta Protim 230WREmprenye maddeleri kullanılmıstır. Poliüretan ve Polivinilasetat tutkalları kullanılarak, Lamineedilmis sarıçam ile Lamine edilmemis kayın ve karaçam örneklerinde mekanik deneyleryapılmıstır. Ayrıca fiziksel özelliklerde meydana gelen degisimlerde gözlemlenmistir.Lamine edilmis sarıçam örneklerinde PVA (Polivinilasetat) tutkalının kullanımınınuygun olmadıgı görülmüstür. Bunun yerine mekanik özelliklere olumlu etki yapan Poliüretantutkalı tercihen kullanılmalıdır.Emprenyeli tüm örneklerde mekanik degerlerde önemli bir degisim olmazkenemprenyesiz örneklerde yüksek oranlarda kayıpların meydana geldigi görülmüstür. Bu çalısmasonucunda her iki emprenye maddesinin de yeterli koruma sagladıgı tespit edilmistir.Anahtar kelime: Ahsap, egilme direnci, basınç direnci, yapısma direnci.
