EFQM Excellence Model, a model that shows that they are institutions where the road to excellence. Model management systems by measuring the development of the organization towards excellence in the proceeding has given us a practical tool to help you. For this purpose entity to see the strengths and areas for improvement in providing solutions to encourage them.The purpose of this study, for a better understanding of the EFQM Excellence Model, a service firm in Turkey to investigate the degree received. Bolvadin Afyonkarahisar district of Turkey in 2009 2.si Research Anaokulu'nda conducted Sept. 24. Research, as a result, the EFQM M.M. have been analyzed and Turkey 2 positivity was found in the strengths and weaknesses of this school. These weak solutions of the directions are presented. EFQM Mükemmellik Modeli, kuruluşlara mükemmelliğe giden yolun neresinde olduklarını gösteren bir modeldir Model kuruluşun mükemmellik yolunda ilerleyip ilerlemediğini ölçerek yönetim sistemlerini geliştirmesi konusunda yardımcı olan pratik bir araç niteliği taşır. Bu amaçla kurulusun kuvvetli yönlerini ve iyileştirmeye açık alanlarını görmesini sağlayarak onları çözümler üretmeleri konusunda teşvik eder.Bu çalışmanın amacı, EFQM Mükemmellik Modelinin daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için Türkiye'de derece almış bir hizmet işletmesinde araştırılmasıdır. Araştırma Afyonkarahisar ili Bolvadin ilçesindeki 2009 yılı Türkiye 2.si 24 Eylül Anaokulu'nda yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada sonuç olarak, EFQM M.M. analiz edilmiş ve Türkiye 2. liği bulunan bu okulun kuvvetli ve zayıf yönleri saptanmıştır. Bu zayıf olan yönlerde çözümler sunulmuştur.
