Nowadays, many business processes have been carried over to the internet with the widespread use of mobile devices, and communication between employees and many business processes are run on technology platforms. The mentioned use brings along speed gain in the flow of information, but there are many explanatory agenda in terms of the accuracy of the data.System weaknesses are available to be used by a particular sector and they also have the risk of disrupting the integrity of the overall reports. For this reason, the fact that the system has developed a control mechanism that can verify itself apart from human declaration will also lead to an increase in the confidence in it.The control that is one of the sectors where the accuracy of the information is important is blended with the latest technologies and is among the solutions taking place in the mobile platforms. In this project, the importance of the correct information in the audit and the optimization and reuse of this information are processed.In the operation of the application, the audit personnel perform their exit from the mobile devices by contacting the NFC in the central branch. This process provides a general control over the exit times in the database and the optimization process is carried out within the branches to which the auditor is connected. The ant algorithm was used in the process of optimizing data. The filtered data is listed under the route button and an audit trail list is created to the controller. The supervisor comes into contact with the NFC sticker located at that checkpoint and enters the inspection form in the mobile environment. In this way, it is proved that the supervisor has reached the relevant point with only the contact-working verification mechanism. The supervisor who has completed the inspection comes into contact with the NFC again and completes the inspection at the relevant point by pressing the exit button. This process takes place for all branches, and each checkpoint ensures that the list is updated so that the correct list reaches the supervisor.

Günümüzde birçok iş süreci mobil aygıtların yaygın kullanımı ile internet ortamına taşınmış olup çalışanlar arasındaki haberleşme ve birçok iş süreci teknoloji platformları üzerinden çalıştırılmaktadır. Söz konusu kullanım bilginin akışında hız kazanımını beraberinde getirmekle birlikte verinin doğruluğu noktasında da birçok açıkla gündemimiz de var olmaktadır.Sistem zafiyetleri belli bir kesim tarafından kullanılmaya müsait olmakla birlikte genel anlamda elde edilen raporların bütünlüğünü de bozma riskini taşımaktadır. Bu sebeple sistemin insan beyanı dışında kendini doğrulayabileceği bir kontrol mekanizması geliştirmiş olması ona olan güvenin de artmasına önayak olacaktır. Bilginin doğruluğunun önem arz ettiği sektörlerin başında gelen denetim, güncel teknolojiler ile harmanlanarak mobil platformlardaki yerini alan çözümler arasında yer almaktadır. Söz konusu projede denetimde doğru bilginin önemi ve bu bilginin optimize edilerek tekrar kullanımı işlenmiş olmaktadır.Uygulamanın işleyişinde denetim personelleri mobil aygıtları üzerinden merkez şubede bulunan NFC ile temas ederek sahaya çıkış gerçekleştirirler. Bu işlem ile çıkış saatleri üzerinden veri tabanında genel bir kontrol sağlanır ve söz konusu denetmenin bağlı olduğu şubeler içerisinde optimizasyon işlemi gerçekleştirilir. Verinin optimize edilme sürecinde karınca algoritmasından istifade edilmiştir. Süzülen veriler ''Güzergah'' butonu altında listelenir ve denetmene bir denetim takip listesi oluşturulur. Denetmen, ilk sırada bulunan şubeden başlamak suretiyle her gittiği noktaya girerken söz konusu denetim noktasında bulunan NFC etikete temas eder ve oraya ait denetim formuna mobil ortamda ulaşmış olur. Böylelikle sadece temasla çalışan doğrulama mekanizması ile denetmenin ilgili noktaya varmış olduğu ispatlanmış olmaktadır. Denetimini tamamlayan denetmen tekrar NFC ile temas eder ve ''Çıkış Yap'' butonuna basarak ilgili noktadaki denetimini tamamlar. Bu süreç tüm şubeler için gerçekleşir ve her denetim noktası listenin güncellenmesini sağlayarak doğru listenin denetmene ulaşmasını sağlar.
