It is stated that people are part of a larger group when they start to work in any institution and in time an invisible connection between the employee and the institution starts to form. In addition to job satisfaction and customer satisfaction, the company's reputation is affected by an invisible tie to the organization. Reputation plays an important role in the sustainability of an organization. Therefore, efforts to increase corporate credibility surrounding organizational commitment point to the critical importance for future success and market development of organizations.In this study, it was researched to determine the employees' perceptions about the institution and the main characteristics of the institutions and to determine the level of organizational commitment in the institution.As a result of the field study, it was determined that the reputation of Safranbolu municipality was positively perceived and the level of organizational commitment of the staff was acceptable. In addition, it is determined that the perception of corporate reputation affects the organizational commitment of the personnel. In addition, it has emerged that the perception of corporate perceptions of environmental sustainability, social responsibility perception, normative commitment of vision and leadership perception, emotional perception perception and financial investment perception affect emotional commitment.From this conclusion, it is thought that the Safranbolu Municipality should manage its corporate reputation well and maintain the employees' commitment to the institution in order to become an institution mentioned in both national and international fields.

İnsanların herhangi bir kurumda çalışmaya başlamasıyla daha büyük bir grubun parçası oldukları ve zaman içerisinde çalışan ve kurum arasında görünmez bir bağınoluşmaya başladığı ifade edilmektedir. Çalışanların kuruma görünmez bir bağla bağlı olmasını ise iş tatmini ve müşteri memnuniyetinin yanı sıra kurumun sahip olduğu itibar da etkilemektedir.İtibar, bir kurumunsürdürülebilirliği açısından çok önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Dolayısıyla örgütsel bağlılığı çevreleyen kurumsal itibarı artırmaya yönelik çabalar, kuruluşların gelecekteki başarısı ve pazar gelişimi için kritik öneme işaret etmektedir.Bu araştırmada çalışanların kurumla ilgilialgılarını ve diğer kurumlardan ayrılan temel özelliklerini belirlemek kurumdaki örgütsel bağlılık düzeyinin kurumsal itibar tarafından ne düzeyde etkilendiği araştırılmıştır.Alan çalışması sonucunda Safranbolu Belediyesinin itibarının olumlu algılandığı ve personelin örgütsel bağlılık düzeyinin de kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte araştırmada kurumsal itibar algısının, personelin örgütsel bağlılığını etkilediğitespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca kurumsal çevre algısının devam bağlılığını, sosyal sorumluluk algısı ile vizyon ve liderlik algısının normatif bağlılığını ve duygusal çekicilik algısı ile finansal yatırım algısının duygusal bağlılığı etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır.Bu sonuçtan hareketle hem ulusal hem de uluslararası alanda adından söz edilen bir kurum olmak için Safranbolu Belediyesinin kurumsal itibarını iyi yönetmesi ve çalışanların kuruma olan bağlılıklarını devam ettirmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir.
