In this thesis; finding solutions of some problems about concept of (cofinitely) Rad-supplemented modules and determination of structure of these modules over identity rings and Dedekind domains are purposed. Rad-supplements of semi-simple submodules are supplements. For every module M, P(M) is Rad-supplemented. A module M is Rad-supplemented if and only if M/P(M) is Rad-supplemented. Hereditary Rad-supplemented modules are lifting and a left hereditary ring R is Rad-supplemented if and only if it is semi-perfect. Left hereditary rings whose modules are Rad-supplemented are left perfect. A commutative ring R is semi-simple if and only if every left Rad-supplemented R-module is injective. Generally, class of Rad-supplemented modules is not closed under extensions. If R is a commutative Noetherian ring and R-modules N?M, M is Rad-supplemented if anf only if N and M/N are Rad-supplemented such that M/N is reduced. Over Noetherian commutative rings every non-radical Rad-supplemented module is amply Rad-supplemented. For a discrete valution domain R and a torsion R-module M, M is Rad-supplemented if and only if M/P(M) is bounded. A dedekind domain R is discrete valution domain if and only if the quotients field K of it is amply Rad-supplemented. Every cofinitely Rad-supplemented module with the reduced part of them is finitely generated is Rad-supplemented. In addition, the concept of amply cofinitely Rad-supplemented modules is defined and basic properties of these modules is given. Bu tezde; (eş-sonlu) Rad-tümlenmiş modül kavramının bazı problemlerine çözümlerbulunması ve bu modüllerin birimli halkalar ve dedekind bölgeleri üzerinde yapılarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yarı-basit alt modüllerin Rad-tümleyenleri tümleyendir. Her M modülü için, P(M) Rad-tümlenmiştir. Bir M modülünün Rad-tümlenmiş olması için gerek ve yeter koşul M/P(M) bölüm modülünün Rad-tümlenmiş olmasıdır. Kalıtsal Rad-tümlenmiş modüller yükseltilebilirdir ve sol kalıtsal R halkasının Rad-tümlenmiş olması için gerek ve yeter koşul yarı-mükemmel olmasıdır. Tüm modülleri Rad-tümlenmiş olan sol kalıtsal halkalar sol mükemmeldir. Değişmeli R halkasının yarı-basit olması için gerek ve yeter koşul her Rad-tümlenmiş R-modülün injektif olmasıdır. Rad-tümlenmiş modüllerin sınıfı genellikle genişlemelerde kapalı değildir. R değişmeli Noether halka ve N?M R-modüller olmak üzere, M/N bölüm modülü indirgenmiş ise M modülünün Rad-tümlenmiş olması için gerek ve yeter koşul N alt modülünün ve M/N bölüm modülünün Rad-tümlenmiş olmasıdır. Değişmeli Noether halkalar üzerinde radikal olmayan her Rad-tümlenmiş modül bol Rad-tümlenmiştir. R ayrık değerlendirme bölgesi ve M burulmalı R-modülü için, M modülünün Rad-tümlenmiş olması için gerek ve yeter koşul M/P(M) indirgenmiş kısmının sınırlı olmasıdır. Bir R dedekind bölgesinin ayrık değerlendirme bölgesi olması için gerek ve yeter koşul kesirler cisminin bol Rad-tümlenmiş olmasıdır. Eş-sonlu Rad-tümlenmiş modüllerin sınıfı radikal alt modüllere göre genişlemelerde kapalıdır. İndirgenmiş kısmı sonlu üretilmiş olan her eş-sonlu Rad-tümlenmiş modül Rad-tümlenmiştir. Ayrıca bol eş-sonlu Rad-tümlenmiş modüller tanımlanmış ve temel özellikleri verilmiştir.
