هدفت الدراسة الحالية من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي إلى الوقوف على واقع المقررات الجامعية في التربية الخاصة وذلك بهدف إعداد خطة نموذجية لمقررات التربية الخاصة في المسار العام في الجامعات السعودية وذلك في سبيل تحسين مستوى المخرجات التعليمية الجامعية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (260) عضو هيئة تدريس بالجامعات بالإضافة إلى مشرفين تربويين ومعلمين متخصصين في مجال التربية الخاصة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود ملاحظات عديدة على الخطط الدراسية لتخصص التربية الخاصة في كثير من الجامعات السعودية. كما أشارت النتائج أيضا أن هناك تشتت كبير في المقررات الدراسية المعتمدة في أقسام التربية الخاصة حيث تضمنت 81 مقرراً في المسار العام فقط للتربية الخاصة. وتتراوح متوسط المقررات في أقسام التربية الخاصة 45 وحدة دراسية أي ما يقارب 19 مقرراً. ولم تتفق جميع الخطط إلا على مقرر واحد فقط مسجل بجميع الخطط وهو المقدمة في التربية الخاصة. ويعزي الباحث هذا التباين في الخطط إلى غياب رؤية أقسام التربية الخاصة وتوجهاتها في إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة العصري الذي يحقق مفهوم الدمج، وحاجة السوق، وتوفر المهارات والكفايات اللازمة للمعلم المتخصص في فئة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حسب المعايير المهنية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة.

The present study aimed through the use of descriptive approach to stand on the reality of university courses in special education plans in order to prepare a model plan for the decisions of the Special Education in the general path of the Saudi universities to improve educational outcomes university level. Study sample consisted of 260 faculty members at universities in addition to supervisors' educators and specialized teachers in the field of special education. The results showes the presence of numerous comments on the study plans to allocate special education in many Saudi universities, and the results indicated also that there is a large dispersion in the approved courses recorded in special education departments which included 81 courses that only in general path for Special Education. Ranging average courses in special education are 45 study units which approximately 19 courses. The only commen coure that all special education department registered is the introduation of special education. Attributed researcher this disparity in the plans to the absence of vision special education sections and directions in modern special education teacher who achieves the concept of merger preparation, and the need of the market, and provides the necessary skills for specialized teacher and competencies in the category of people with special needs according to professional standards for special education teachers.
