The aim of this study is to compare anaerobic step test with field and laboratory tests. In the 2018/2019 football season, 20 athletes between the age of 15.83 and 18.41 (17.31 ± 0.56) from the U19 Football Team of Istanbulspor AŞ. participated voluntarily in this study. The average training age of football players varies between 5-6 (6.10 ± 0.45) years, and the weekly training period is 5 days and 120 minutes per day. In the process of collecting data of the research, Wingate Anaerobic Capacity and Power Test (WanT), Repeated Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST), 30 sec Anaerobic Step Test (AST30) and 30 sec Bosco Multiple Jump Test (BÇST30) protocols were applied to the participants. Blood lactate concentration and heart rate (HR) were measured. In anthropometric measurements; height and body weight, muscle circumference, skinfold thickness measurements were made. All statistical analyzes were done by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 25.0). The data normality was first confirmed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, which allowed the use of parametric statistical analysis, and the Pearson correlation test was used to verify the relationship between the tests and the Paired T Test was applied to determine the significance of the difference between the arithmetic means of the tests.As a result of the research; There were statistically significant relationships between RAST, Bosco and WanT and Anaerobic Step Tests in terms of mean power, maximum power and minimum power elements used to determine anaerobic power and capacity.Key Words: Anaerobic tests, Anaerobic Step Test, anaerobic power, anaerobic capacity, football players.

Bu çalışmanın amacı; anaerobik basamak testinin alan ve laboratuvar testleriyle karşılaştırılarak incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya 2018/2019 futbol sezonunda TFF 1. Liginde bulunan İstanbulspor AŞ. U19 Futbol Takımının 15.83 ila 18.41 (17.31 ± 0.56) yaşları arasında 20 sporcusu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Futbolcuların spor yaşı ortalama 5-6 (6.10 ± 0.45) yıl arasında değişmekte olup, haftalık antrenman periyodu 5 gün ve gün başına 120 dakikadır. Araştırmanın veri toplama sürecinde, katılımcılara Wingate Anaerobik Kapasite ve Güç Testi (WanT), Tekrarlı Anaerobik Sprint Testi (RAST), 30 sn Anaerobik Basamak Testi (AST30) ve 30 sn Bosco Çoklu Sıçrama Testi (BÇST30) protokolleri uygulanmıştır. Testlerde katılımcıların oksijen satürasyonu (SpO2) kan laktat konsantrasyonu ve kalp atım hızı (KAH) ölçülmüştür. Antropometrik ölçümlerde ise; boy uzunluğu ve beden ağırlığı ölçümleri, kas çevreleri ölçümleri, kemik çapları ölçümleri, deri kıvrım kalınlığı ölçümleri ile dominant bacak uyluk volüm değeri ölçümü yapılmıştır.Verilerin çözümlenmesinde tüm istatistiksel analizler, Sosyal Bilimler için İstatistik Paketi kullanılarak yapılmıştır (SPSS 25.0). Veri normalliği başlangıçta parametrik istatistiksel analizin kullanılmasına izin veren Shapiro-Wilk testi kullanılarak doğrulanmış ve testler arasındaki ilişkiyi doğrulamak için Pearson korelasyon testi, testlerin aritmetik ortalamaları arasındaki farkın anlamlılığını sınamak amacıyla Eşleştirilmiş T Testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; RAST, Bosco ve WanT ile Anaerobik Basamak Testi arasında anaerobik güç ve kapasiteyi belirlemede kullanılan ortalama güç, maksimum. güç ve minimum güç unsurları bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Anaerobik test, step/basamak testi, anaerobik güç, anaerobik kapasite, futbol oyuncuları.
