In this study, it is aimed to control the verification of the central axis point doses which calculated by TPS in the reference depth at IMRT treatments of prostate patients.In the study, 10 prostate IMRT plans were prepared to be treated Varian DHX lineer accelerator. These plans were transfered to the water equivalent solid phantom for control plans of each patient. In Quality control, point dose measurements were performed by placing Gafchromic EBT3 Film, PTW30010 Farmer type 0,6 cc ion chamber, PTW 31010 Semiflex type 0,125 cc ion chamber and PTW 31014 Pinpoint type ion chamber at depth of 5 cm. The results of calculated point dose by the treatment planning system and results of measurement were compared.The maximum difference of the center axis point dose value between measured and calculated by TPS was obtained with EBT3 Film (3,87%). 0,6cc, 0,125 cc, 0,015 cc ionization chambers are compared with average difference of the center axis point dose values measured and calculated by TPS, respectively 0,78%, 1,14% (except in 1 patient 0,99%) and 2,63%.As a result of this study, the differences of measurements for each of three ion chambers were found below 3%. It is observed that for point dose measurements, film dosimetry is not reliable and practical method.

Bu çalışmada prostat hastalarının IMRT ile tedavisinde, tedavi planlama sisteminde hesaplanan merkezi eksen ve referans derinlikteki nokta dozların doğruluğunun farklı ölçüm yöntemleriyle kontrol edilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Çalışmada, 10 prostat hastasına ait IMRT planları, Varian DHX Lineer Hızlandırıcı cihazında tedavi edilecek şekilde hazırlandı. Bu planlar, ölçüm yapılacak su eşdeğeri katı fantoma aktarılarak her bir hasta için kontrol planları oluşturuldu. Kalite kontrol ölçümlerinde 5 cm derinliğe Gafchromic EBT3 Film, PTW30010 Farmer tipi 0,6 cc iyon odası, PTW 31010 Semiflex tipi 0,125 cc iyon odası ve PTW 31014 Pinpoint tipi iyon odası yerleştirilerek nokta doz ölçümleri yapıldı. Ölçüm yöntemi ile elde edilen sonuçlarla tedavi planlama sistemiyle hesaplanan nokta doz sonuçları karşılaştırıldı.Ölçülen ve TPS ile hesaplanan merkezi eksen nokta doz değerleri arasındaki en fazla ortalama fark EBT3 film (%3,87) ile elde edildi. 0,6 cc, 0,125 cc ve 0,015 cc iyon odaları ile yapılan karşılaştırılmalarda ölçülen ve TPS ile hesaplanan merkezi eksen nokta doz değerleri arasındaki ortalama farklar sırasıyla %0,78, %1,14 (1 hasta dışında %0,99) ve %2,63 olarak bulundu.Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, her üç iyon odasıyla yapılan ölçümlerdeki farklar %3'ün altında bulundu. Film dozimetrisinin, nokta doz ölçümü için güvenilir ve pratik bir yöntem olmadığı görüldü.
