Abstract

Aircrafts have an important role in present day-transportation due to their quality, safety and speed. In the field of aviation, which is developing with an incredible speed, safety and reliability are on the very top. One of the most important factors contributing to the safety and reliability is the flight control systems which controls the aircrafts. As a result of the significance of the flight control systems, it is necessary to estimate quickly and correctly the parameters used by these systems.In this thesis study, while the fuel and speed problems of the airplanes type B-737-300 by the Boeing Company are considered separately, the speed and fuel problems of B-767-200 airplanes are examined together. For these problems, different models were obtained, employing one of the artificial intelligence systems known as ANFIS (Adaptive Network Based Fuzzy Inference System), multilayered ANN (Artificial Neural Network), radial basis (RB) ANN, generalized regression (GR) ANN. The results of the intrinsic values and the models which was formed are presented comparatively.

Hava araçlarının güvenli, kaliteli ve hızlı olmasından dolayı günümüz taşımacılığında büyük bir yeri vardır. Büyük bir hızla gelişmekte olan havacılık sektöründe emniyet ve güvenilirlik en üst seviyededir. Emniyet ve güvenilirliği artıran en önemli faktörlerden biri de hava araçlarının kontrolünü sağlayan uçuş kontrol sistemleridir. Uçuş kontrol sistemlerinin öneminden dolayı, bu sistemler tarafından kullanılan parametrelerin doğru ve hızlı bir şekilde değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.Bu tez çalışmasında, Boeing firmasının B-737-300 tipi uçağının hız ve yakıt problemleri ayrı ayrı ele alınırken, B-767-200 uçağındaki hız ve yakıt problemleri birlikte incelenmiştir. Bu problemler için, yapay zeka tekniklerinden adaptif ağ yapılı bulanık sonuç çıkarım yöntemi olarak bilinen ANFIS (Adaptif Network Based Fuzzy Inference System), çok katmalı (multilayered) YSA (yapay sinir ağı), radyal tabanlı (radial basis, RT) YSA ve genelleştirilmiş regresyon (generalized regression, GR) YSA kullanılarak, farklı modeller oluşturulmuştur. Ortaya konulan modeller ve gerçek değerlere ait sonuçlar birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmalı sunulmuştur.
