This study was conducted to determinate the identification of fish species, relationship ofheight-weight and biodiversity in Çoruh River in 6 station between February2018 andFebruary 2019, seasonally.In this study, a total of eight species belonging to the Salmonidaeand Cyprinidae (Alburnus derjugini, Chondrostoma colchicum, Squalius orientalis, Capoetasieboldii, Capoeta breadciae, Salmo rizeensis, Barbus artvinica and Alburnoides fasciatuswere identificated.During the study period, the age of fishes was shown ranging from 0 to III age groups.According to dominant age group of species, Alburnoides fasciatus 0 age group (50%),Alburnus derjugini II age group (52%), Barbus artvinica I age group (63%), Capoetaekmekciae 0 age group (47%), Capoeta sieboldii I age group (47%), Chondrostomacolchicum I age group (31%), Squalius orientalis 0 age group (38%) and Salmo rizeensis Iage group (45%) were found.The relation between height and weight; W=0.018TL2.746 (r2=0.984, N=4) in Alburnoidesfasciatus, W=0.011TL2.818 (r2=0.920, N=142) in Alburnus derjugini, W=0.010TL2.913(r2=0.934, N=8) in Barbus artvinica, W=0.009TL2.993 (r2=0.985, N=44) in Capoetaekmekciae, W=0.010TL2.969 (r2=0.967, N=66) in Capoeta sieboldii W=0.003TL3.351(r2=0.980, N=129) in Chondrostoma colchicum, W=0.011TL2.950 (r2=0.982, N=70) inSqualius orientalis and W=0.022TL2.73737 (r2=0.971, N=11) in Salmo rizeensis werecalculated.Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index and Simpson Diversity Index were measured according tothe seasons of the stations. The highest diversity index value was identified in 6th station inwinter season, while the lowest diversity index value was found in 3rd station in summerseason.As a result of the research in the Coruh River, it was determined that species diversitydecreased and threatened extinction. Research of fish biology in inland waters will ensure thesustainable use of all lentic and lotic systems in our country as well as the protection of fishthat contribute to the economy.

Bu çalışma, Bayburt İli sınırı arasında kalan Çoruh Nehri'nin balık türlerinin tespiti, boyağırlık ilişkisi ve nehrin biyoçeşitliliğinin belirlenmesi amacıyla Şubat 2018-Şubat 2019tarihleri arasında 6 istasyonda mevsimsel olarak yürütülmüştür. Bu araştırmada, Salmonidaeve Cyprinidae familyasına ait toplam sekiz tür (Alburnus derjugini, Chondrostomacolchicum, Squalius orientalis, Capoeta sieboldii, Capoeta ekmekciae, Salmo rizeensis,Barbus artvinica ve Alburnoides fasciatus) tespit edilmiştir.Çalışma periyodu boyunca avlanan balıkların yaşlarının 0-I-II-III yaş grupları arasındadeğişiklik göstermiştir. Alburnoides fasciatus bireyleri içerisinde 0 yaş grubunun (%50),Alburnus derjugini bireyleri içerisinde II yaş grubunun (%52), Barbus artvinica bireyleriiçerisinde I yaş grubunun (%63), Capoeta ekmekciae bireyleri içerisinde 0 yaş grubunun(%48), Capoeta sieboldii bireyleri içerisinde I yaş grubunun (%47), Chondrostomacolchicumbireyleri içerisinde I yaş grubunun (%31), Squalius orientalis bireyleri içerisnde 0yaş grubunun (%38) ve Salmo rizeensis bireyleri içerisinde I yaş grubunun baskın olduğu(%45) saptanmıştır.Boy ağırlık ilişkisi ise; Alburnoides fasciatus türünde W=0,018TL2,746 (r2=0,984, N=4),Alburnus derjugini türünde W=0,011TL2,818 (r2=0,920, N=142), Barbus artvinica türündeW=0,010TL2,913 (r2=0,934, N=8), Capoeta ekmekciae türünde W=0,009TL2,993 (r2=0,985,N=44), Capoeta sieboldii türünde W=0,010TL2,969 (r2=0,967, N=66), Chondrostomacolchicum türünde W=0,003TL3,351 (r2=0,980, N=129), Squalius orientalis türünde iseW=0,011TL2,950 (r2=0,982, N=70) Salmo rizeensis türünde W=0,022TL2,737 (r2=0,971, N=11)olarak hesaplanmıştır.İstasyonların mevsimlere göre Shannon-Wiener Çeşitlilik İndeksi ve Simpson Çeşitlilikİndeksi değerleri hesaplanmıştır. En yüksek çeşitlilik indeksi değeri kış mevsiminde 6.istasyonda, en düşük çeşitlilik indeksi değeri ise yaz mevsiminde 3.istasyonda saptanmıştır.Çoruh Nehri'nde yapmış olduğumuz araştırma sonucunda tür çeşitliliğinin azaldığı var olantürlerin de nesli tükenme tehdidi altında olduğu belirlenmiştir. İç sularda balık biyolojisiçalışmaları, hem Ülkemizdeki bütün lentik ve lotik sistemlerin sürdürülebilir kullanımını hemde ekonomiye katkı sağlayan balıkların koruma altına alınması sağlayacaktır.
