The research of the effect of the supplement of Vitamin E and Selenium tolaying hen rations on some bioelements in the blood and egg samplesAim: To research the effects of the supplement of Vit-E and Se to laying henrations seperately and in a combined manner on Se, Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg levels in theserum, albumen and yolk of the egg.Material and Method: 24 weeks old 96 white Lohman laying hens were dividedinto 4 equal groups each of which was composed of six subgroups. The groups wererespectively fed with the rations that consisted of basal forage (Control), basal forage +250 mg / kg Vit-E (trial-I), basal forage + 0.9 mg/ kg organic Se (Trial-II) and basal forage+ 250 mg / kg Vit-E + 0.9 mg/ kg organic Se (Trial-III) for 12 weeks. Forage and waterwere provided as ad libitum.At the end of the trial, in the samples of the blood and egg; the analyses of the Se,Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg levels were made by means of ICP device at the Department ofSoil, The faculty of Agriculture, University of Ataturk.Results: It was found out that while Selenium, Zn and Fe levels increased in asignificant manner statistically (p<0.05), the levels of Cu decreased substantially (p<0.05)and the levels of Ca and Mg remained unaffected when the experimental and controlgroups were compared in the serum, yolk and albumen.Conclusion: While organic Se and Vit-E are supplemented into the rations, thelevels of other bioelements in the samples and the pathological situations that the changesin the levels will cause should be taken into consideration.Key Words: Bioelements, blood, egg sample, layer hen.

Yumurta Tavuğu Rasyonlarına Vitamin E ve Selenyum İlavesinin Kan veYumurta Numunelerindeki Bazı Biyoelementler Üzerine Etkisinin AraştırılmasıAmaç: Yumurta tavuğu rasyonlarına Vit-E ve OS tek başına ve kombine olarakilavesinin serum, yumurta akı ve yumurta sarısındaki Se, Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca ve Mg düzeyleriüzerine etkilerini araştırmaktır.Materyal ve Metot: Çalışmada, 24 haftalık yaşta 96 adet beyaz Lohman yumurtatavuğu, her biri altı alt gruptan olmak üzere eşit sayıda 4 gruba ayrıldı. Gruplar sırasıylabazal yem (Kontrol), bazal yem + 250 mg/kg Vit-E (D-I), bazal yem + 0.9 mg/ kg SY (DII)ve bazal yem + 250 mg/kg Vit-E+ 0.9 mg/ kg SY (D-III) içeren rasyonlarla 12 haftabeslendi. Yem ve su ad libitum olarak sağlandı.Deneme sonunda, her gruptan alınan kan ve yumurta örneklerinde; Se, Cu, Zn,Fe, Ca ve Mg düzeylerinin analizleri, Atatürk Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi ToprakBölümü'nde ICP cihazı ile yapıldı.Bulgular: Selenyum, Zn ve Fe düzeyleri serum, yumurta sarısı ve yumurta akındadeneme grupları kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında istatistiki olarak önemli derecedeartarken (p<0.05), Cu düzeylerinin önemli derecede azaldığı (p<0.05), Ca ve Mgdüzeylerinin ise etkilenmediği bulunmuştur.Sonuç: Rasyonlara OS ve Vit-E ilave edilirken diğer biyoelementlerin (Se, Cu,Zn, Fe, Ca ve Mg gibi) numunelerdeki düzeylerinin de göz önünde bulundurulması vedüzeylerdeki değişmelerin oluşturacağı patolojik durumlarında dikkate alınmalıdır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Biyoelementler, kan, yumurta örnekleri, yumurtacı tavuk.
