Estimating stock price and studying the factors affecting stock price underlie the financial surveys in our day as in the past. As known, two methods are used in analysing the stock value: the fundamental analysis enabling to estimate prices in future by using microeconomic and macroeconomic factors and technical analysis enabling to estimate price in future by using the past price data of stocks. In the study, both analysing methods have been benefitted by using microeconomic factors, macroeconomic factors and the past price data of stocks, which are also called entity specific factors. Dynamic Panel Data Analysis has been used as well in order to add the delayed value of stock price to the model. The microeconomic factors used in the study consist of liquidity, profitability, activity, leverage and stock market performance ratios and the relation of macroeconomic variables with stock prices by making use of three-month financial statements and income tables of manufacturing industry companies traded at the exchange and showing regularity in Istanbul Stock Market in the period from 2005 to 2011. The macroeconomic factors used in the study have been made up of exchange rate, inflation rate, money supply, interest rate, GDP, gold prices, oil prices, trade balance and industrial production index. As a result of the analysis, the aspect of the relationship between microeconomic and macroeconomic factors and stock price has been determined.Key Words: Stock, Stock Price, Macroeconomic Factors, Dynamic Panel Data Models.

Hisse senedi fiyatının tahmin edilmesi ve hisse senedi fiyatını etkileyen faktörlerin araştırılması geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de finansal araştırmaların temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bilindiği üzere hisse senedinin değerinin analizinde genellikle, mikroekonomik ve makroekonomik faktörleri kullanarak hisse senedi fiyatının tahmin edilmesini sağlayan temel analiz ve hisse senedinin geçmiş fiyat verilerini kullanarak gelecekteki fiyatını tahmin etmeyi sağlayan teknik analiz olmak üzere iki yöntem kullanılmaktadır. Çalışmada, işletmeye özgü faktörler olarak da adlandırılan mikroekonomik faktörler, makroekonomik faktörler ve hisse senedi geçmiş fiyat verileri kullanılarak her iki analiz yönteminden de yararlanılmıştır. Hisse senedi fiyatının gecikmeli değerini de modele ilave etmek için Dinamik Panel Veri Analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan mikroekonomik faktörler; Borsa İstanbul?da 2005-2011 döneminde işlem gören ve süreklilik gösteren imalat sanayi şirketlerinin üçer aylık bilanço ve gelir tablosu verilerinden yararlanarak likidite, kârlılık, faaliyet, kaldıraç ve borsa performans oranlarından oluşan finansal oranlardan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada kullanılan makroekonomik faktörler ise; döviz kuru, enflasyon oranı, para arzı, faiz oranı, GSYİH, altın fiyatları, petrol fiyatları, dış ticaret dengesi ve sanayi üretim endeksinden oluşmaktadır. Analiz sonucunda; mikroekonomik ve makroekonomik faktörler ile hisse senedi fiyatı arasındaki ilişkinin yönü tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hisse Senedi, Hisse Senedi Fiyatı, Makroekonomik Faktörler, Dinamik Panel Veri Modelleri.
