The aim of this research is to investigate the efficiency, sustainability and sustainability of the micro-watershed projects in the Young District of Bingöl Province within the scope of Lediz and Vahkin Basins rehabilitation project. Natural disasters such as erosion, floods and landslides occur in the basins as a result of the misuse of natural resources in the Bingöl province of Murat River precipitation basin and the unconscious use of forest areas and pastures for firing, making and animal feed.In these 2 micro-catchments, a survey was conducted on 101 households. While selecting the sample, the number of households in each micro-catchment in the village was considered and 20% of each micro-catchment was selected. The selection process was determined by random sampling method. After the survey, the necessary data were transferred to the SPSS program and descriptive analyzes were performed. Frequency distributions and proportional states were determined from these analyzes and the results were obtained. At the same time, standard deviation and mean values were determined and low, medium and high levels of participation were determined according to their severity.According to the results of the survey, it was determined that the Murat River Basin Rehabilitation Project in the region was generally welcomed. The important data obtained from the Determination of the Satisfaction Level of the Local People from the Lediz and Vahkin-Çanakçı Micro-catchment Projects in the Genç district of Bingöl Province can be summarized as follows. When the satisfaction rates of agriculture and irrigation activities are examined, it is determined that the satisfaction rate of irrigation systems activities, irrigation facilities activities, animal drinking water activities, improvement of animal shelters and energy activities are very high and satisfaction level is very important. When the viewpoints of pasture breeding studies are examined; It is understood that the satisfaction of the services such as shade, plaster, salt shaker, itching pile is very high in the pasture, satisfaction of the alternate system applications is significant and it is also important in awareness raising activities. Bu araştırma ile Lediz ve Vahkin havzaları rehabilitasyon projesi kapsamında Bingöl İli Genç İlçesinde Yapılan mikrohavza projelerinin verimliliği, sürdürülebilirliğinin araştırılması ve projenin devamında ne gibi faydalar sağlanacağı amaçlanmıştır. Murat Nehri yağış havzasında bulunan Bingöl ili Genç ilçesi doğal kaynakların bilinçsizce kullanılması, ormanlık alanlar ile meraların bilinçsizce yakacak, yapacak ve hayvan yemi olarak kullanılması sonucu havzalarda erozyon, sel, su taşkını ve heyelan gibi doğal afetlerin meydana gelmesine sebebiyet vermektedir. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucu bu iki mikrohavzada 101 hane üzerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket çalışması yapılırken genelde kışın köyde ikamete eden her mikrohavzadaki hane sayısı göz önüne bulundurularak ve her mikrohavzanın % 20'si seçilmiştir. Seçim işlemi tesadüfi işlemler sonucu belirlenmiştir. Denekler üzerinde yapılan anket çalışması sonucu ihtiyaç duyulan veriler SPSS proğramına aktarılmış ve anlamlı analiz çözümlemeler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar sonucunda analiz, frekans dağılımları ve oransal durumlar belirlenmiştir. Bir yandan da standart sapma ve ortalama değerler bulunarak basamaklarına göre düşük, orta ve yüksek katılım dereceleri saptanmıştır.Anket sonuçlarına göre bölgede yapılan Murat Nehri Havzası Rehabilitasyon Projesi'nin genel olarak yöre halkı tarafından olumlu karşılanmıştır. Bingöl İli Genç ilçesi Lediz ve Vahkin-Çanakçı Mikrohavza Projelerinden bölge halkının düzeyinin belirlenmesi çalışması ile tespit edilen önemli veriler aşağıdaki gibi özetlenebilir. Tarım ve sulama faaliyetlerinden memnuniyet oranları incelendiğinde genel olarak sera yetiştiriciliğinden, kapama meyve bahçeleri faaliyetlerinden, kovan dağıtımından, sulama sistemleri faaliyetlerinden, sulama tesisleri faaliyetlerinden, hayvan içme suyu faaliyetlerinden,hayvan barınaklarının iyileştirilmesinde ve enerji faaliyetlerinden memnuniyet oranı bir hayli yüksek ve memnuniyetin önemli seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Mera ıslahı çalışmalarına bakış açıları incelendiğinde; merada gölgelik, sıvat, tuzluk, kaşınma kazığı gibi hizmetlerden memnuniyetin bir hayli yüksek olduğu, münavebeli sistem uygulamalarından memnuniyetin yüksek seviyede olduğu, aynı zamanda bilinçlendirme faaliyetlerinde önemli olduğu görülmüştür.
