The aim of the study is to investigate the account items that the Professionals know correctly in the General Communique on Accounting Systems Application Uniform Chart of Accounts but they use them incorrectly. It is known that many of the members of the profession constantly use the accounts in the uniform chart of accounts they use and experience various doubts during the use of such transactions and accounts. In this study, some account items in the uniform chart of accounts have been determined and it has been tried to determine how to process according to generally accepted accounting principles and standards and tax laws.At the beginning of the study, relevant literature was searched. The data obtained from the research were prepared in three sections. For the accurate analysis of the financial statements created by the Professionals in line with the collection, registration, classification and finally reporting and interpretation of the documents on a monthly basis, the accounts and transactions must be learned legally in order to perform the transactions in accordance with the uniform accounting system as specified in General Communique on Accounting Systems Application. If this is the opposite, it is inevitable that many mistakes will occur. In practice, this is one of the issues that need to be clarified. Ultimately, it is believed that this study will be useful for elucidating many issues that are hesitated during the implementation phase in cases such as determination and recording of costs and expenses. Businesses are faced with different situations and transactions depending on the different and varied commercial activities.It is very important to use correct and appropriate accounts for these transactions in terms of Uniform Chart of Accounts and accounting system. Professionals using the same account differently will mislead both internal and external users, and it will be inevitable that they will be sentenced to special irregularities by the persons and institutions concerned. In particular, the opinions of professionals who are active in Burdur and Isparta province were consulted and analyzed according to the results. In this way, it is aimed to identify the mistakes made and it is aimed to not to make these mistakes and to contribute to the correct applications.Key words: Accounting, Uniform Chart of Account, Professional Accountant.

Çalışmanın amacı, Meslek Mensuplarının Muhasebe Sistemleri Uygulama Genel Tebliği Tek düzen hesap planında doğru olarak bildikleri ancak yanlış kullandıkları hesap kalemlerinin araştırılmasından oluşan bir çalışmadır. Meslek Mensuplarının birçoğunun, kullandıkları tek düzen hesap planında yer alan hesapları sürekli olarak kullandıkları bu tür işlem ve hesapların kullanımı esnasında çeşitli şüpheler yaşadıkları bilinmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada tek düzen hesap planında yer alan bazı hesap kalemleri belirlenmiş ve genel kabul görmüş muhasebe ilke ve standartlarına, vergi kanunlarına göre nasıl işlenmesi hususu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın başlangıcında konuyla alakalı literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen veriler üç bölüm halinde hazırlanmıştır. Meslek Mensuplarının aylık olarak evrak toplama, kayıt, sınıflandırma ve son olarak raporlaması ve yorumlanmasına paralel olarak oluşturdukları mali tabloların doğru analiz edilebilmesi için Muhasebe Sistemleri Uygulama Genel Tebliği sıra no 1 de belirtildiği şekilde İşlemlerin tek düzen muhasebe sistemine uygun olarak gerçekleşmesi için hesap ve işlemlerin yasal olarak öğrenilmesi gerekir. Bu durumun tersi olması halinde birçok yanlışlıkların meydana gelmesi kaçınılmazdır. Pratikte bu tür konulara açıklık getirilmesi gerekli olan konuların başında gelmektedir. Nihayetinde maliyet ve giderlerin belirlenmesi ve kayıt altına alınması gibi durumlarda uygulama aşamasında tereddüt duyulan birçok konunun aydınlatılması yönünde bu çalışmanın faydalı olacağına inanılmaktadır. İşletmeler, ticari faaliyetlerinin değişik ve çeşitli olmasına bağlı olarak farklı durum ve işlemlerle karşı karşıyadırlar. Bu işlemlerin Tek Düzen Hesap Planı ve muhasebe sistemi açısından doğru ve uygun hesapların kullanılması son derece önemlidir. Meslek Mensuplarının aynı hesabı farklı kullanmaları gerek işletme içi ve gerekse işletme dışındaki kullanıcıları yanıltacak olup, ilgili kişi ve kurumlar tarafından da özel usulsüzlük cezasına çarptırılmaları kaçınılmaz olacaktır. Çalışma özellikle burdur ve Isparta ilinde faaliyet göstermekte olan meslek mensuplarının görüşlerine başvurulmuş ve ortaya çıkan sonuçlara göre analiz edilmiştir. Böylelikle yapılan hatalar tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve bu hataların yapılmaması ve doğru uygulamaların yapılmasına katkı sağlaması hedeflenmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Muhasebe, Tek düzen hesap planı, Muhasebe Meslek Mensubu.
