The study was designed to individualized care perceptions and individual innovation levels of perception of senior nursing student and in order to determine the influence of the relations and individual characteristics between them, it was planed in the descriptive, relationship- seeking and comparative manner.The research population consists of all students, who are in the academic year 2018-2019 and who applied internship (279) of senior nursing students. The sample was 230 (82.43% of the universe) nursing students who accepted to participate in the research. The research data were collected with `Student Information Form` `Individualized Care Scale-A-Nurse Version (ICS-Nurse Version) and `Innovativeness Scale (IS)`.The analysis of the data was carried out using descriptive, comparative and correlational statistics with SPSS 22.0 package program in computer environment.Students' ICS (Nurse version) total mean score was 4,28±0,60. The mean item scores for the sub-dimensions were 4,35±0,64 in the Decision Making Control, 4,33±0,67 in the Clinical Situation and 4.10 ± 0.748 in the Personal Life Situation. Students' IS total mean score was 66,54±9,74 and the mean item scores for the sub-dimensions were 21,69±5,80 in the Resistance to Change, 20,19±3,31 in the Openness to Experience, 18,89±3,57 in the Opinion-Leading and 7,14±1,70 in the Risk-Taking`. A significant positive correlation was found between the ICS (Nurse Version) total item mean score and the IS total item mean score (r=0.388 p<0.05).As a result, it was seen that the students had a high level of perception about the individualized care, had interrogator category the level of innovative, and there was a positive relationship between them.Key Words: Individualized Care, Innovation, Nursing Care, Nursing Student.

Araştırma, son sınıf hemşirelik öğrencilerinin bireyselleştirilmiş bakım algılarını ve bireysel yenilikçilik düzeylerini değerlendirerek, aralarındaki ilişkiyi ve bireysel özelliklerin etkisini belirlemek amacı ile tanımlayıcı, ilişki arayıcı ve karşılaştırmalı türde planlandı.Araştırmanın evrenini, İstanbul'da bir devlet üniversitesine bağlı Hemşirelik Fakültesi'nde 2018-2019 eğitim- öğretim yılında intörnlük uygulamasında olan tüm son sınıf öğrencileri (279), örneklemini ise bilgilendirme sonrası araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 230 (evrenin %82,43'ü) hemşirelik öğrencisi oluşturdu. Verilerin toplanmasında; `Öğrenci Bilgi Formu`, `Bireyselleştirilmiş Bakım Skalası-A- Hemşire Versiyonu (BBSA- Hemşire)` ve `Bireysel Yenilikçilik Ölçeği (BYÖ)` kullanıldı.Verilerin analizi, bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 22.0 paket programı ile tanımlayıcı, karşılaştırmalı ve ilişki arayıcı istatistikler kullanılarak yapıldı. Öğrencilerin BBSA-Hemşire toplam puan ortalaması 4,28±0,60 idi. Alt boyutlara ilişkin puan ortalamalarının Karar Verme Kontrolünde 4,35±0,64, Klinik Durumda 4,33±0,67 ve Kişisel Yaşam Durumunda 4,10±0,748 olduğu belirlendi. Öğrencilerin Bireysel Yenilikçilik Ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 66,54±9,74, alt boyutlara ilişkin puan ortalamasının ise; Değişime Dirençte 21,69±5,80, Deneyime Açıklıkta 20,19±3,31, Fikir Önderliğinde 18,89±3,57 ve Risk Almada 7,14±1,70 olduğu saptandı. Öğrencilerin BBSA-Hemşire toplam puan ortalaması ile BYÖ toplam puan ortalaması arasında pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki saptandı (r=0.388 p<0.05).Sonuç olarak, öğrencilerin bireyselleştirilmiş bakım algılarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu, yenilikçilik düzeylerinin sorgulayıcı kategoride olduğu, ve aralarında pozitif yönde bir ilişki bulunduğu görüldü.
