In this study, it was aimed to reveal the effect of nurses' perceptions of breach of psychological contract on organizational commitment. Breach of the psychological agreement based on the mutual expectations between the employee and the employer cause many negative conditions for the employer and employee in organizations. Psychological contract is important in achieving organizational commitment. The study was conducted with 200 nurses working in two different hospitals in Düzce. The data obtained by the survey method were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 statistical program. In the study, ANOVA and t test were used to determine statistically significant differences between demographic variables and scale and subscale size means. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to measure nurses' perceptions of psychological contract breach and organizational commitment. According to the results of the research; it was found significant, positive and medium level relationship the breach of psychological contract perception between and emotional commitment. It was found significant, positive and medium level relationship the breach of psychological contract perception between and normative commitment. It wasn't found that there significant, relationship between the psychological contract breach and continuance commitment. It was found, psychological contract breach' explained emotional commitment %29, normative commitment %25 and ıt was concluded that the effect psychological contract breach' on continuance commitment. It was found that the had no significant effect psychological contract breach' on continuance commitment. The results of the research were compared and discussed in the literature.

Bu çalışmada, hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşme ihlal algılarının örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışanla işveren arasındaki karşılıklı beklentilere dayalı psikolojik sözleşmenin ihlal edilmesi örgütlerde işveren ve çalışan açısından birçok olumsuz duruma neden olmaktadır. Psikolojik sözleşme örgütsel bağlılığın sağlanmasında önem arz etmektedir. Araştırma, Düzce ilindeki iki farklı hastanede çalışan 200 hemşireyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket yöntemiyle elde edilen veriler, SPSS 23.0 istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada demografik değişkenlerle ölçek ve alt ölçek boyut ortalamaları arasındaki istatistiksel anlamlı farkların tespit edilmesi amacıyla, ANOVA ve t testi yapılmıştır. Hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşme ihlali ve örgütsel bağlılık algılarını ölçmek için korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; psikolojik sözleşme ihlal algısıyla duygusal bağlılık ve normatif bağlılık arasında anlamlı, pozitif yönlü ve orta düzeyde bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Psikolojik sözleşme ihlali ile devam bağlılığı arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Psikolojik sözleşme ihlal algısının, duygusal bağlılığı %29 oranında, normatif bağlılığı %25 oranında açıkladığı görülmüştür. Psikolojik sözleşme ihlalinin devam bağlılığı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarıyla literatürdeki çalışmalar karşılaştırılarak tartışılmıştır.
