In the present work, the positivity of the differential and difference operators with periodic conditions in Banach spaces is established. The structure of fractional spaces generated by these differential and difference operators is investigated. In applications theorems on well-posedness of local and nonlocal boundary value problems for elliptic equations are established. Theorems on well-posedness of difference schemes for the for the approximate solution of these local and nonlocal elliptic problems are proved.Keywords: Fractional Spaces, Positive Operators, Differential and Difference Operators, Banach Spaces, Hölder Spaces, Green's Function, Stability.

Bu çalışmada, Banach uzayında periyodik şartlı diferensiyel ve fark operatörlerinin pozitifliği elde edildi. Bu diferensiyel ve fark operatörleri tarafından uretilen kesirli uzayların yapısı araştırıldı. Uygulamalarda, eliptik denklemler için yerel ve yerel olmayan sınır değer problemlerinin iyi onumlanmışlığına ait teoremler elde edildi. Bu yerel ve yerel olmayan eliptik problemlerin yaklaşık çözümleri için fark şemasının iyi konumlanmışlığına dair teoremler ispatlandı.
