In this study, the toxicity of chlorpyrifos on individuals against Mus musculus histopathological methods investigated the protective effect of vitamin B complex.In our study, 20 mice randomly selected to be 4 groups of 5 mouse in each group was created by taking. In the first group of mice were divided into control group. Intraperitoneal route for 3 days, mice in the second group 0.1 mg/l chlorpyrifos, the third group 0.1 mg/l chlorpyrifos + 0.1 mg/l of vitamin B complex (B1, B6, B12), while the fourth group will begin 3 days prior to 0.1 mg/l of vitamin B complex (B1, B6, B12) were injected.Ended his lşfe by giving animals 24 hours after the last injection, the liver and kidney tissues are taken and a %10 solution of formaldehyde was detected. Routine histological methods for preparing 3-5 µ thich sections of parafin blocks taken were stained with hematoxylin ? eosin and giemsa staining according to the method. These cross-sections under a light microscope (Olympus BX519) and examined histopathologically.As a result of investigations in liver cells that were treated with only the limits of the CE is lost, the core was disrupted and cytoplasm. Bowman?s capsule, proximal tubules in the kidney tissue, cell loss in the distal tubules, and in places where the disturbances were observed in the presence of faci of hemorrhage. CE + Vitamin B complex in the treatment group, only the morphological changec in liver hepatocytes and sinusoidal structures were found to be less than those applied to the CE. In kidney tissue, bowman capsule and tubular structures were observed more in good condition and decreased bleeding sources.These findigs, vitamin B complex is thought to be the protective effect against the toxicity of chlorpyrifos.Key words: Pesticide, Chlorpyrifos, B vitamins, histopathology, liver, kidney.

Bu çalışmada, Mus musculus bireyleri üzerinde Chlorpyrifos toksisitesine karşı B vitamini kompleksinin koruyucu etkisi histopatolojik yöntemlerle araştırıldı.Çalışmamızda rastgele seçilen 20 fare alınarak her grupta 5 fare olacak şekilde 4 grup oluşturuldu. Birinci gruptaki fareler kontrol grubu olarak ayrıldı. İntraperitonal yolla 3 gün boyunca ikinci gruptaki farelere 0,1 mg/l Chlorpyrifos, üçüncü gruba 0,1 mg/l Chlorpyrifos + 0,1 mg/l B Vitamini kompleksi (B1, B6, B12), dördüncü gruba ise 3 gün önceden başlayacak şekilde 0,1 mg/l B Vitamini kompleksi (B1, B6, B12) enjekte edildi. Son enjeksiyondan 24 saat sonra hayvanların yaşamına son verilerek karaciğer ve böbrek dokuları alınıp %10'luk formaldehit solüsyonunda tespit edildi. Rutin histolojik metotlarla parafin bloklar hazırlanarak 3-5µ kalınlığında kesitler alınıp hematoksilen-eozin ve giemsa boyama metoduna göre boyandı. Bu kesitler ışık mikroskobu (Olympus BX519) ile histopatolojik olarak incelendi.İncelemeler sonucunda yalnız CE uygulanan grupta karaciğer dokusunda hücre sınırlarının kaybolduğu, çekirdek ve sitoplâzmanın bozulduğu tespit edildi. Böbrek dokusunda ise bowman kapsülünde yer alan proksimal tubuluslarda hücre kaybı, distal tubuluslarda ise bozulmalar olduğu ve yer yer kanama odaklarının varlığı gözlendi. CE+B Vitamini kompleksi uygulanan grupta ise, karaciğer dokusunda hepatositler ve sinozoidal yapılardaki morfolojik değişiklikler sadece CE uygulanan gruba göre daha az olduğu tespit edildi. Böbrek dokusunda ise, bowman kapsülü ve tubulus yapılarının daha iyi durumda olduğu ve kanama odaklarnın azaldığı gözlemlendi.Bu bulgular, B Vitamini kompleksinin Chlorpyrifos toksisitesine karşı koruyucu etkisinin olabileceği düşünülmektedir.Anahtar kelimeler: Pestisit, Chlorpyrifos, B vitamini, histopatoloji, karaciğer, böbrek.
