Abstract

In this study, firstly six 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds requiring for this study were synthesized. Then, reaction of thesecompounds with methylthiobenzaldehyde were investigated and six new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(4-methylthiobenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-onecompounds were obtained. In addition, five new compounds were treated with aceticanhydride and N-acetyl derivatives were obtained. In order to identify the eleven newcompounds synthesized in the study, combustion analyses and spectroscopicmethods including IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and UV were used.The second original part of this study, synthesized six new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(4-methylthiobenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds ofpotantiometric titration with TBAH and HNP and pKa values were determined bymain of half notralization method.Finally anti-oxidant properties of synthesized eleven new compounds wereinvestigated and conclusions of this study were discussed.Key words: 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one, halfneutralization method, potantiometric titration pKa, anti-oxidant.4.

Bu çalışmada, öncelikle çalışma için gerekli olan 6 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Sonra bu bileşiklerin 4-metiltiyobenzaldehid ile reaksiyonları incelenmiş ve 6 adet yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-(4-metiltiyobenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği elde edilmiştir.lave olarak bu yeni bileşiklerden 5 tanesi asetik anhidrid ile muamele edilerek N-asetil türevleri elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen 11 yeni bileşiğin yapısı IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve UV spektrum verileri ile elementel analiz sonuçları kullanılarakaydınlatılmıştır.Bu çalışmanın ikinci orijinal bölümünde, sentezlenen 6 yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-(4-metiltiyobenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiğinin üç farklıçözücüde (izopropil alkol, tert-butil alkol, N,N-dimetilformamid) TBAH ilepotansiyometrik titrasyonları yapılmış ve yarı nötralizasyon metodu ile HNP ve pKadeğerleri tayin edilmiştir.Çalışmada son olarak sentezlenen 11 yeni bileşiğin antioksidan özellikleriincelenmiş ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on,yarı nötralizasyon metodu, potansiyometrik titrasyon pKa, antioksidan.3.
