In this research, we aimed to search how to be influenced the serum degrees of the angiogenic (vascularendotelialgrowthfactor, VEGF), and anti-angiogenic ( endostatin, solubleVEGFR-1, sVEGFR-1) factors in the healthy pregnants by comparing to their trimesters in the pregnancy period.Thirty healthy pregnants (workgroup), and thirty women who are not pregnant (control), are in corparated to the search. 3 ml venous blood samples are taken from each of the pregnants in the work groups for every trimester in the determined-pregnancy weeks for one time. The levels of VGEF, endostatin, and sVEGFR are obvserved in serum.When the hydrangeas of 1st trimester and 2nd trimester (respectively, 79,00 pg/ml and 64,65 pg/ml) are compared to the control group (27,25 pg/ml), difference between them is found comprehen sible statistically (p<0, 01). But, when the degree of hydrangea of 3rd trimester VEGF (30,38 pg/ml) is compared with the control group (27,25 pg/ml), difference between them is not determined comprahensively (p=0, 430). When 1st trimester and 2nd trimester of the pregnant womens endostatin hydrangeas (respectively, 80,97 ng/ml and 92,29ng/ml)are compared (115,68 ng/ml), difference between them is found comprehen sible statistically. When the hydrangea of endostatin of 3rd trimester (98,88 ng/ml) is compared to the control group, a comprehen sive decrease in p<0,05 level is determined. 1st trimester hydrangea degree of anti-angiogenic factor sVEGFR (390,78 pg/ml) in thepregnantwomen is compared to the control group (465,28 pg/ml), difference between them is found comprehen sive statistically (p<0, 01).Were ached to the result that the angiogenic factors must be much more, in order to in gene rate of pregnancy success fully and in a successful gestation, in a successful gestation, the efficiency of endometrial angiogenesis might be evaluated according to.

Bu çalışmada, sağlıklı gebelerde anjiyojenik (vaskülerendotelyal büyüme faktörü, VEGF), anti-anjiyojenik (endostatin, solubleVEGFR-1, sVEGFR-1) faktörlerin serum seviyelerini trimesterlerine göre karşılaştırarak gebelik sürecinde nasıl etkilendiği araştırmayı amaçladık.Çalışmaya 30 sağlıklı gebe (çalışma grubu) ile gebe olmayan 30 kadın (kontrol) dahil edildi. Hamileliğin başarılı bir şekilde oluşması için anjiyogenik faktörlerin daha yüksek olması gerektiğini sonucuna vardık ve başarılı bir gestasyonda endometrial anjiyogenezin etkinliğinin trimesterlere göre değerlendirilmesi mümkün olabilecektir.
