Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the cognitive functions of patients diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder according to DSM-V diagnostic criteria and to determine whether there is a significant difference between groups in terms of neuropsychological test performances.Metod: The sample of this study consisted of 97 participants including 21 Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, 21 Panic Disorder and 25 Generalized Anxiety Disorder patients who applied to Elazığ Mental Health and Diseases Hospital and 30 healthy volunteers. Personal Information Form, Beck Depression Scale, Beck Anxiety Scale and to assess cognitive functions Digit Span Test, Verbal Memory Processes Test, Stroop Test, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST), Clock Planning Test, Category Change Fluency Test, Controlled Word Association Test, Visual Memory Test and Judgement Of Line Orientation Test (JLO) neuropsychological test battery were applied to participants participating in the study.Results: Patients who were diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder were found to have lower performance in Stroop Spontaneous Correction and false numbers, SBST, WKET, FAS Verbal Fluency. However, in comparison between the patient groups SBST (except for the highest learning score), WCST (excluding number of cards used for first categorical completion, failure to continue the setup). FAS Total Points, JLO, Visual Memory Tests, PB was found to perform worse than the GAD in all subscores. Conclusion: Visual memory, visual spatial functions, impairments in attention, verbal memory, executive functions (abstraction, planning, etc.) were found in OCD, PB, GAD patients. However, in the comparison between the patient groups, it was determined that the patients who were diagnosed with PB were significantly impaired in the visual memory, visual spatial functions, verbal memory and executive functions compared to the patients with GAD.Key Words: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Cognitive Functions.

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, DSM V tanı kriterlerine göre Obsesif Kompülsif Bozukluk, Panik Bozukluk ve Yaygın Anksiyete Bozukluğu tanısı alan hastaların bilişsel işlevlerini araştırmak ve gruplar arasında nöropsikolojik test performansları bakımından anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını belirlemektir.Yöntem: Bu araştırmanın örneklemi, Elazığ Ruh Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Hastanesine başvuran 21 Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk, 21 Panik Bozukluk ve 25 Yaygın Anksiyete Bozukluğu tanısı almış hastalar ile 30 sağlıklı gönüllü olmak üzere, toplamda 97 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmaya katılan katılımcılara Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Beck Depresyon Ölçeği, Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği ile bilişsel işlevleri değerlendirmek amacıyla Sayı Dizisi Testi, Sözel Bellek Süreçleri Testi (SBST), Stroop Testi, Wisconsin Kart Eşleme Testi (WKET), Saat Planlama Testi, Kategori Değiştirme Akıcılık Testi, Kontrollü Kelime Çağrışım Testi (KAS), Görsel Bellek Testi ve Çizgi Yönü Belirleme Testinden (ÇYBT) oluşan nöropsikolojik test bataryası uygulanmıştır.Bulgular: Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk, Panik Bozukluk, Yaygın Anksiyete Bozukluğu tanısı alan hastaların Stroop Spontan Düzeltme ve yanlış sayıları, SBST, WKET, KAS, Kategori Değiştirme Akıcılık Testi, ÇYBT ve Görsel Bellek Testleri tüm alt puanlarında kontrol grubuna göre daha düşük performans gösterdikleri bulunmuştur. Bununla birlikte hasta grupları arasındaki karşılaştırmada, SBST en yüksek öğrenme puanı ve WKET ( ilk kategoriyi tamamlamada kullanılan kart sayısı, kurulumu sürdürmede başarısızlık puanı hariç) KAS Toplam Puan, ÇYBT ve Görsel Bellek Testlerinin tüm alt puanlarında PB'nin YAB'ye göre daha düşük performans gösterdiği bulunmuştur.Sonuç: OKB, PB, YAB, hastalarında, dikkat, sözel bellek, yürütücü işlevler (soyutlama, planlama v.b.) görsel bellek, görsel mekânsal işlevlerde bozulmalar saptanmıştır. Bununla birlikte hasta grupları arasındaki karşılaştırmalarda PB tanısı alan hastaların, YAB tanısı alan hastalara göre görsel bellek, görsel mekânsal işlevler, sözel bellek ve yürütücü işlevlerde anlamlı derecede bozulmalar olduğu saptanmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler: Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk, Panik Bozukluk, Yaygın Anksiyete Bozukluğu, Bilişsel İşlevler.
