This research was done by applying to the footballers of Bozüyük football team,which is in minör league, red group in Turkey during 8 weeks,twice each week in order to search the effects of the footballers vertical bounces (jumps) on some physical and physiological parameteres.Plyometric training program which was developed to determine the effect of plyometric training on vertical jump of soccer players and some physical and physiological parameters was applied to Bozüyükspor Football Team, which play in the sixth group of third football league, two times in each week during 8 weeks. In this study pre and post-testing experimental approach with control group was used. Test group was formed from n=24 Footballers , the percentage of subcutaneous fat thickness, the of back and leg, left and right hand grab strength, elasticity and the speed for 30 m.run were tested. To determine the differences in the improvements, arithmetic means and standard deviations were calculated. The difference between arithmetic means was calculated by using Paired-Samples T Test test . At the end of this study ; considerable increases were observed on some parameters of soccer players by means of the used training programme. In experimental group, considerable increases were observed on (P<0.05) vertical jump, the speed for 30m run (P<0.05). In control group considerable increases were observed only on leg strength.However,slight differences were observed on vertical jump ,the percentage of body fat , the of back and leg ,elasticity. It wasn't found meaningful statitistically.

Profesyonel Futbolculara Uygulanan Pliometrik Çalışmaların Fiziksel ve Fizyolojik Parametrelere Etkisinin İncelenmesi, Dumlupınar Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Anabilim Dalı Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Kütahya, 2015. Bu çalışma, futbolcuların dikey sıçramaları ile bazı fiziksel ve fizyolojik parametreleri üzerine etkisinin araştırılması amacıyla hazırlanan Pliometrik antrenman programı, Türkiye 2. ligi Kırmızı grupta mücadele eden Bozüyük Spor futbol takımı futbolcularına 8 hafta süreyle ve haftada 2 gün uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada deney gruplu ön test-son test uygulandı. Deney grubu n=24 futbolcudan oluşmuştur. Futbolcu grubundan (n=24) vücut yağ yüzdesi, dikey sıçrama, bacak ve sırt kuvveti, sağ ve sol el kavrama kuvveti, esneklik ve 30 m. koşu süratleri ölçüldü. Öncelikle futbolcu grubunun , antrenman programı öncesi (ön test) ve sonrası (son test) ölçümleri alındı. Gelişim farklılıklarının tespiti için aritmetik ortalamaları ve standart sapmaları hesaplandı, aritmetik ortalamalar arasındaki fark ` t ` testi ile kontrol edildi. Ön Test ve Son Test değerleri arasında fark olup olmadığını belirlemek için eşleştirilmiş Paired-Samples T Test testi uygulandı.Çalışmanın sonunda; uygulanan antrenman programı ile sporcuların bazı parametrelerinde önemli artışlar elde edilmiştir. Futbolcu grubunun; dikey sıçraması, bacak kuvveti,sağ ve sol el pençe kuvveti, ve 30 m koşu sürati değerlerinde P<0.05 düzeyinde istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Profesyonel Futbolcu, Pliometrik, Antrenman, Ölçüm.
