Prof. Ali ŞEN August, 2014, 136 pagesAs defıned a new term when you compare to other kinds of capital, social capital evaluates the ability of opportunity that meet by individual. In this study, the factors which were widely used to determine social capital and the relations of social capital indicators were examined. As shown as indicators of social capital; participation, volunteering, social commitment and level of responsibility, confidence level, self-sufficiency and control the level of, social interaction and communication level, the level of differentiation and tolerant of differences were used.Survey was prepared with the help of the indicators which were used to determine level of social capital in national and international literature. There are 49 question in the form of question-answer, 33 question in the form of likert scale. The relationship between demographic characteristics such as survey respondents' age, academic achievement level, graduated high school, place of stay, condtion of their parents (alive-dead), mother and father's education level, mother and father's occupation, family average income, the faculty which occupant is studying, the happiness level, being able to speak problems with the family and receive moral and financial support etc. and social capital and social capital indicators is tested with Chi-square test of independence; the direction of subjected relations were tested according to the correlation analysis.Key words: Social Capital, Social Capital İndicators, Pearson Ki-Kare, Correlation Analysis.

Dr. Ali ŞENAğustos, 2014, 136 sayfaBireylerin önlerine çıkan fırsatları değerlendirebilme yeteneği olarak tanımlanan sosyal sermaye, diğer sermaye türlerine göre çok daha yeni bir terimdir. Bu çalışmada, son yıllarda oldukça fazla kullanılan sosyal sermaye düzeyini belirleyen faktörler ve sosyal sermaye göstergeleri arasındaki ilişki analiz edilmiştir. Sosyal sermaye göstergeleri olarak katılım, gönüllülük, sosyal adanmışlık ve sorumluluk düzeyi, güven düzeyi, öz yeterlilik ve kontrol düzeyi, sosyal etkileşim ve iletişim düzeyi, farklılaşma ve farklılıklara hoş görülü olma düzeyi kullanılmıştır.Anket, ulusal ve uluslararası literatürde sosyal sermaye düzeyini belirlemek için kullanılan göstergelerden faydalanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Ankette soru cevap şeklinde 49 soru, likert ölçeğine göre de 33 soru yer almaktadır. Ankete katılanları yaş, akademik başarı düzeyi, mezun olunan lise, kaldığı yer, anne-baba (sağ-ölü), anne ve babanın eğitim düzeyi, anne ve babanın mesleği, ailenin ortalama geliri, okuduğu fakülte, mutluluk düzeyi, problemleri aileyle konuşabilme ve ailenin maddi manevi desteğini alma gibi demografik özellikler ile sosyal sermaye göstergeleri ve sosyal sermaye arasındaki ilişki Ki-Kare bağımsızlık testi ile; söz konusu ilişkilerin yönü ise Korelasyon analizine göre test edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sosyal Sermaye, Sosyal Sermaye Göstergeleri, Pearson Ki-kare, Karelasyon Analizi.
