Abstract

The aim of this study is to make a product which has been designed on a 3B modelling software, by using rapid prototyping technology and to investigate the dimensional suitability before making final product. In addition, to analyze resistance values of products. For this purpose, the model designed according to various geometry, geometric tolerance and dimensions was made using rapid prototyping method by changing the nozzle type and construction methods. In order to determine the geometric errors, deficiencies and dimensional incompatibilities of the produced parts, each part was scanned by optical scanning and the accuracy of the products were evaluated. Furthermore, In order to know the resistance values of the parts according to their usage areas, structural analyzes were calculated and strength values were determined. As a result of these experiments and analyzes, designgeometry and dimensional errors are seen before starting production. Thus some deficiencies are solved and the most appropriate method is identified. By using structural analysis calculations, resistance values were determined and information was given about resistance loads according to usage areas. As a result, thanks to design software and rapid prototyping methods, information about resistance values and data were specified and most suitable methods for construction of products were determined.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, tasarımı gerçekleştirilen bir modelin hızlı prototipleme ile ürün haline dönüşmesi, bu ürünün tasarıma geri dönüşte bulunabilmesi için ölçüsel uygunluğunun araştırılarak doğru tasarımın oluşturulması ve elde edilen ürünlerin yapısal olarak analizlerini gerçekleştirerek kullanım alanlarına göre dayanım değerlerinin bilinmesidir. Bu amaçla çeşitli geometri, geometrik tolerans ve ölçülere göre tasarlanan modeller, hızlı prototipleme harç yığma FDM yöntemi kullanılarak uç tipi ve inşa yöntemlerinin değiştirilmesi ile numune üretimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üretilen parçaların geometrik hataları, eksikleri, ölçüsel uygunsuzluklarını göre bilmek adına her bir parça optik tarama ile parça üzerindeki bütün ölçüler ve unsurların taranarak ürünlerin tasarım ile doğrulukları değerlendirilmiştir. Parçaların kullanım alanlarına göre dayanım değerlerinin bilinmesi adına yapısal analizleri hesaplanarak dayanım değerleri belirlenmiştir. Bu deney ve analizler neticesinde tasarımsal, geometrisel ve ölçüsel hataların üretime başlanmadan görülmesi ve bu eksiklerin giderilerek tasarımın doğrulanması için en uygun örme yöntemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Yapısal analiz hesaplamaları ile dayanım değerleri belirlenerek kullanım alanlarına göre dayanım yükleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Hızlı prototip harç yığma yönteminin, tasarımsal faaliyetler ile birlikte bu yöntem ile elde edilen ürünlerin dayanım verilerinin bilinmesi neticesinde en uygun inşa yöntemleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.
