This study aims to determine the level of participation and perceived performance of the healthcare professionals in the reforms carried out under the health transformation program. In addition, the relationship between levels of participation in health reforms and perceived performance levels was investigated, and whether these levels differ according to some demographic characteristics was analyzed. The study was carried out with the healthcare personnel working in Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl City Hospital between January 10, 2017 and March 10, 2017. Within the scope of the study, 272 healthcare professionals were reached and the required sample size was achieved. One way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. As a result of the study, the level of participation of health professionals in health reforms was found to be 3.23 and the perceived performance level was found to be 3.91. It was determined that the levels of participation in health reforms are significantly different according to the duties, seniority and income status of the healthcare workers and the perceived performance levels were found to be significantly different according to duty of the healthcare workers. In the study, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the level of participation in health reforms and performance. It was also determined that the level of participation in health reforms affected the perceived performance level significantly.Key Words: Health Professionals, Health Reform, Performance, Health Transformation Program.

Bu çalışmada sağlık personelinin sağlıkta dönüşüm programı kapsamında yapılan reformlara katılım düzeylerini ve algılanan performans düzeylerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca sağlık reformlarına katılım düzeyleri ile algılanan performans düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiş ve bu düzeylerin bazı demografik özelliklere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği de analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma 10.01.2017-10.03.2017 tarihleri arasında Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl Şehir Hastanesi'nde çalışan sağlık personeli üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 274 sağlık personeline ulaşılmış ve gerekli örneklem büyüklüğü sağlanmıştır. Veri analizinde tek yönlü varyans analizi, korelasyon analizi, regresyon analizi ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda sağlık personelinin sağlık reformlarına katılım düzeyi 3,23 ve algılanan performans düzeyi 3,91 olarak bulunmuştur. Sağlık reformlarına katılım düzeylerinin sağlık personelinin görev, kıdem ve gelir durumuna göre; algılanan performans düzeylerinin ise sağlık personelinin görevine göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada sağlık reformlarına katılım düzeyi ile performans arasında ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
