The aim of the study is to determine whether the social anxiety levels of the cabin staff employed in the aviation sector effect on their organizational commitment or not and if there is any affect on that, which way it leads. The effect of the cabin staff's socail anxiety carries importance in terms of the labour turnover in the aviation firms. In the study, the gathered data are examined through an applied search towards the cabin staff employing in one of the leading aviation firms and a prepared survey. In the research, frequent analysis, independent t test, turkey analysis, pearson correlation coefficent, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis have been made and the reults have been interpreted.In the study, the social anxiety levels have been examined in terms of the interrelation between the stated social anxiety levels of the the employees who are the most valuable wealth of the firms and the organizational commitment. The demografic factors of the cabin staff in the study group has been scrutinized and it is found that there is no meaningful difference on social anxiety in gender and state of education statistically, while there occurs a meaningful difference on social anxiety in marital status, working time, age and the duty attained again statistically.The results of the survey and analysis that made indicates that the socail anxiety levels are low but it is seen that organizational commitment is higher.

Çalışmanın amacı, havacılık sektöründe istihdam edilen kabin personelinin sosyal kaygı düzeylerinin örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde etkisinin olup, olmadığını belirlemek ve etkisi varsa hangi yönde olduğunu saptamaktır. Kabin personelinin sosyal kaygı düzeylerinin, örgütsel bağlılığa olan etkisi havacılık sektöründeki işletmelerin iş gücü devri açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.Çalışmada, havacılık sektörünün önde gelen şirketinde görev yapan kabin personeline yönelik uygulamalı bir araştırma yapılmış ve hazırlanan anket formu ile toplanan veriler analiz edilmiştir.Araştırmada,frekans analizi, bağımsız t testi, turkey analizi, korelasyon katsayısı, basit regresyon analizi ile çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.Çalışmada belirlenen sosyal kaygı düzeyleri, örgüte olan bağlılık ile ilişkilendirilerek sosyal kaygı düzeyi örgütlerin en değerli sermayesi olan çalışan açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırma grubunda yer alan kabin personelinin demografik faktörleri incelenmiş olup, cinsiyette ve öğrenim durumunda,sosyal kaygı üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olmadığı görülürken, medeni durum, çalışma süresi, yaş ve görevde fark olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Yapılan anket ve analizler sonucunda kabin personelinin sosyal kaygı düzeylerinin düşük olduğu ve örgütsel bağlılıklarının da yüksek olduğu görülmüştür.
