This prospective study is performed on patients of Eskişehir Osmangazi Universty, Radiology Department between October 2006 and November 2008. 40 cases (ages between 37-82) with laboratory findings and symptoms of obstructive jaundice were included to this study. 28 of cases were male and 12 cases of female. MDCT cholangiography with MPR and MinIP technique was performed in 40 patients. No cholangiographic contrast agent was administered..The findings on MDCT cholangiography were compared of 27 patients with surgery, 5 patients with biopsy, 5 patients with USG and MRCPG, 3 patients with ERCP. The correct diagnoses was made on MDCT cholangiography for 14 of the 15 patients with a biliary stones and in 22 of the 23 patients with malingnant biliary obstruction. For the diagnosis of biliary stone sensitivity and specificity of MDCT cholangiography were %93.3 and %96. For the diagnoses of malignant obstruction, sensitivity and spesificity of MDCT cholangiography were % 95.7 and % 94.1. The accuracy of MDCT cholangiography for the diagnoses of the cause of biliary obstruction was %90. MDCT cholangiography with MPR and MinIP technique is a fast and non-invasive technique with high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnoses of the causes of biliary obstruction.Keywords: Obstructive jaundice, MDCT cholangiography, biliary stones.

Bu çalışma Ekim 2006-Kasım 2008 tarihleri arasında, Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Radyoloji Anabilim Dalında prospektif olarak gerçekleştirildi. Çalışmaya yaşları 25-92 arasında değişen, laboratuvar ve klinik olarak tıkanma ikteri bulgusu olan 40 hasta (12 kadın, 28 erkek) dahil edildi. 40 hastaya MPR ve MinIP teknikleri ile bifazik MDBT kolanjiyografi tetkiki yapıldı. Kolanjiyografik kontrast madde kullanılmadı. MDBT kolanjiyografi bulguları 27 olguda cerrahi, 5 olguda biyopsi, 5 olguda USG ve MRKPG, 3 olguda ERCP bulguları ile karşılaştırıldı. MDBT kolanjiyografi ile 15 biliyer taş hastasının 14?ünde ve malign biliyer tıkanıklık olan 23 hastanın 22?sinde tanı doğrulukla konuldu. MDBT kolanjiyografinin biliyer taş tanısında sensitivitesi % 93.3, spesifisititesi % 96 olarak bulundu. MDBT kolanjiyografinin malign obstrüksiyon tanısında sensitivitesi % 95.7, spesifisititesi % 94.1 olarak bulundu. Biliyer tıkanıklık nedeninin tanısında MDBT kolanjiyografinin genel doğruluk oranı % 90 olarak bulundu. Tıkanma ikteri nedenini saptamada MPR ve MinIP teknikleri ile MDBT kolanjiyografi yüksek sensitivite ve spesifisitite ile birlikte hızlı ve noninvaziv bir tekniktir.Anahtar kelimeler: Tıkanma ikteri, MDBT kolanjiyografi, biliyer taş.
