Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between isokinetic strength, muscular activation, jumping, balance, throwing velocity parameters and shooting accuracy in elite handball players.Material and Method: The study group consisted of 17 men handballers (mean age: 23.17±3.10 years; mean weight: 85.52±13.48 kg; mean height: 184.35±6.56 cm) who are actively playing in Turkey Handball Federation (THF) Super League and / or 1st League. The participants were subjected to isokinetic strength (shoulder), muscle activation, vertical jumping, and balance tests. Furthermore, Shooting Accuracy Test was applied and the velocity of the shots was recorded with `Radar Gun`. Simple linear and logistic regression analyses were applied to determine the effect of measured parameters on shooting accuracy ratio.Results: A statistically significant negative relationship was observed between body weight, height, jumping power, shoulder internal rotation (90°, 180°, 240° angular speeds) peak torque variables and shooting accuracy ratio (p<0.05). No significant relationship was found between muscular activation, static-dynamic balance, throwing velocity variables and shooting accuracy ratio (p>0.05).Conclusion: According to the results of the study; some of the parameters measured were found to have a statistically significant (negative) effect on shooting accuracy ratio. Within the framework of these results; it is clear that the concept of `goal` which has vital importance in handball and in parallel with this shooting performance was found to be affected by many different physiological and psychological factors.

Amaç: Elit hentbolcularda izokinetik kuvvet, kassal aktivasyon, sıçrama, denge ve atış hızı parametrelerinin şut isabeti ile ilişkisini incelemektir.Materyal ve Metot: Çalışmaya, Türkiye Hentbol Federasyonu (THF) Süper Ligi ve/veya 1.Lig'inde aktif olarak oynayan toplam 17 erkek hentbolcu (yaş ort: 23,17±3,10 yıl; vücut ağırlığı ort: 85,52±13,48 kg; boy ort: 184,35±6,56 cm) katılmıştır. Katılımcılar, izokinetik kuvvet (omuz), kas aktivasyonu, dikey sıçrama ve denge testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Ayrıca `Şut İsabeti Testi` uygulanmış olup, test esnasındaki atışların hızları `Radar Tabancası` ile belirlenmiştir. Ölçümü gerçekleştirilen parametrelerin şut isabeti oranı üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek için basit doğrusal ve lojistik regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Vücut ağırlığı, boy, sıçrama gücü ve omuzda internal rotasyon (90°, 180° ve 240° açısal hızlar) peak tork değişkenlerinin isabet oranı üzerinde negatif bir etkisi olup, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür (p<0,05). Kas aktivasyonu, statik-dinamik denge ve atış hızı değişkenleri ile şut isabeti oranı arasında ise anlamlı bir ilişki görülmemiştir (p>0,05).Sonuç: Çalışma sonuçlarına göre; ölçümü yapılan bazı parametrelerin şut isabeti oranı üzerinde istatistiki olarak (negatif yönde) bir etki gösterdiği görülmüştür. Bu sonuçlar çerçevesinde; hentbolda hayati bir öneme sahip olan `gol` kavramı ve bununla paralel olarak şut performansının birçok fizyolojik ve psikolojik faktörden etkilendiği net olarak görülmüştür.
