Air conditioning and ventilation system of Uludag University Medical Faculty Hospital was designed acording to DIN 1946/4 (1999). In this study, if air conditioning and ventilation system of surgical operating and insentive care units of University Hospital was designed according to VDI 2167, instead of DIN 1946/4 (1999), the order of variation in energy expenditure has been studied. Avaiable design values have been compared with new design values obtained from VDI 2167. In addition, exergy analysis has been performed for a surgical operation room and exergy loses have been investigated. As a result the exergy destruction in lightning is the highest parameter when the system is operating in cooling position and the exergy destruction in air is the highest when the system is operating in heating position.As a result of comprasion, initial cost of air conditioning and ventilation system that was designed according to VDI 2167 is higher than the system that was designed that according to DIN 1946/4 (1999). But electrical energy costs of the system that was designed according to VDI 2167 is mujch lower than current system. Most importantly hygenic condition was significantly improved with new design and this is an important advantage of VDI 2167 since hygenic and healty medium is an important parameter in hospital air conditioning and ventilation systems.KEYWORDS: Exergy, Energy, Hospital ventilation and air conditioning systems, Hygienic ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Bu çalışmada, DIN 1946/4 (1999) standardına göre tasarlanmış Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi klima ve havalandırma projesinin ameliyathane ve yoğun bakım odaları, VDI 2167 standardında verilen standartlara göre yapılsaydı sistemin enerji harcamalarının ne derece değişeceği incelenmiştir. Proje üzerindeki değerlerle, VDI 2167 standardında istenenlere göre yapılan hesaplamalar sonucu bulunan değerler kıyaslanmıştır. Ayrıca tek bir ameliyat odası için ekserji analizi yapılmış ve ortamdaki ekserji kayıpları incelenmiştir. Sistem soğutma durumunda çalışırken en yüksek ekserji kaybı aydınlatma görülürken, ısıtma durumunda çalışırken ise en yüksek ekserji kaybı nemli havada görülmektedir.Yapılan karşılaştırma sonucu VDI 2167 standardına göre tasarlanmış klima ve havalandırma sisteminin maliyeti DIN1946/4 (1999) standardına göre tasarlanmış sistemin maliyetinden daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak elektrik maliyetlerinin VDI 2167 standardına göre tasarlanan sistemde çok daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür. En önemlisi de VDI 2167 standardına göre tasarlanan sistemle çok daha hijyenik bir ortam elde edilmektedir. İnsan sağlığı ve hayatının önemli olduğu hastane ortamlarında hijyenik ortam oluşturmak çok önemli olduğundan bu en önemli avantajıdır.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Ekserji, Enerji, Hastane klimaları, Hijyenik klimalar.
