In this thesis study, it's aimed to develop a digital roll call system and a school management system. In this context, a system was designed to transfer daily student roll calls and subjects that have to be written on the class attendance register to the digital medium via interactive whiteboard and e-key. Thanks to this system, also a school management system parlaying interactive whiteboards into digital pinboards was developed by publishing the announcements to be made to students and teachers, the list of teachers on duty, the daily meal list in boarding schools, students' birthdays to ensure the intergration of the students', class schedules, communal exams on the interactive board with the use of technological infrastructure, without the extra equipment costs. Thanks to the developed-system a contribution to digital transformation was done.

Bu tez çalışmasında, dijital yoklama sistemi ve okul yönetim sistemi geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, günlük öğrenci yoklamalarının, ders defterine yazılması gereken konuları, etkileşimli tahta ve E-Anahtar aracılığıyla dijital ortama aktarılmasını sağlayan bir sistem tasarlanmıştır. Bu sistem sayesinde ayrıca öğrencilere ve öğretmenlere yapılacak olan duyuruları, nöbetçi öğretmen listesini, pansiyonlu okullarda günlük yemek listesini, öğrencilerin kaynaşmasını sağlayacak olan öğrencilerin yaş günlerinin, sınıfların ders programlarının ortak sınav programının etkileşimli tahtalarda yayınlanarak dijital panoya dönüştürüldüğü, ekstra cihaz maliyeti olmaksızın mevcut teknolojik altyapı kullanılarak okul yönetim sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen bu sistem sayesinde dijital dönüşüme katkı sağlanmıştır.
