In this study, nuclear reaction cross section calculations for 54,56,57,58Fe (n,p), 54,56,57,58Fe (n,2n) and 70,72,74,76Ni (n,p), 70,72,74,76Ni (n,2n) reactions have been calculated at the neutron energies up to 20 MeV using TALYS 1.6, EMPIRE 3.2, ALICE/ASH (GDH) computer program codes. Results from these codes have been compared with evaluated nuclear data from the ENDF/B. The cross section calculations of (n,p) and (n,2n) reactions for each nuclei, have also been investigated at 14-15 MeV using some semi empirical formulae taken from literature. All results have been compared with experimental results taken from EXFOR (Experimental Nuclear Reaction Data.).

Bu çalışmada, 54.56.57.58Fe (n,p), 54.56.57.58Fe (n,2n) , 70,72,74,76Ni (n, p) ve 70,72,74,76Ni ( n, 2n) reaksiyonlarının nükleer tesir kesiti hesaplamaları 20 MeV'e kadar olan nötron gelme enerjisinde TALY 1.6, EMPIRE 3.2, ALICE/ASH (GDH) bilgisayar program kodları kullanılarak teorik olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu kodlar kullanılarak elde edilen sonuçlar, ENDF/B'den alınan türetilmiş teorik sonuçlar ile kıyaslanmıştır. Herbir çekirdek için (n,p) ve (n,2n) reaksiyon tesir kesiti hesaplamaları, literatürden alınan bazı yarı deneysel formüller kullanılarak 14-15 MeV civarında hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen tüm sonuçlari EXFOR'dan (Experimental Nuclear Reaction Data) alınan deneysel sonuçlarla kıyaslanmıştır.
