We have entered a new era in the relationship between organizations and their employees. The past loyalty rela-tionship has receded and needs to be replaced by a new one which manifests the realities of today’s very challeng-ing global business environment. This paper aims to de-lineate neoliberal globalization and its integration to the developing economy. In light of the neoliberal globaliza-tion and its economic integration in the global economics - especially in the South, this article looks at how its impact has a positive and negative legacy. The crux of this article is to navigate the spread of geo-political -economy and new-liberal-economy through out the entire globe, and its position towards undermining developing economy and sovereignty. Neoliberal economy has had tremendous influence in reduction of trade unions and their affiliation with organizations incessantly in the last quarter of the twentieth century, thus workers’ solidarity is being re-duced in an inadequate manner. The relationship between people and the organization they work for is changing. A state can not take further responsibilities in the matter of job security and social security as guided by international political economy, which is seemed more volatised in the global village nowadays.
