أجريت هذه الدراسة لتطبيق التسلسل البسيط المتكرر والقطع العشوائية التكبير للحمض النووي لتحليل التنوع الوراثي بين المختلفات الجسمية المستمدة من طرق الانتخاب المعملي وبين النباتات الأبوية، ومقارنة التنوع الجيني المقدر عن طريق استخدام النباتات الجزيئية مع الصفات الزراعية. تضمنت التراكيب الوراثية التي استخدمت في هذه الدراسة سبعة وعشرين تركيباً وراثياً تشمل صنفين أبويين ( جميزا – 1)، وسبعة عشر مختلفات جسمية مشتقة من الصنف الأبوي ( سخا-69)، واثنين من الأصناف المحلية للمقارنة. وجرى تقيينها مظهريا، وكذلك بواسطة الدلائل الجزئية. وقد تبين أن جميع الدندروجرام المتولدة من الصفات المظهرية و( التسلس البسيط المتكرر والقطع العشوائية التكبير للحمض النووي)، وكل من بيانات ( التسلسل البسيط المتكرر + القطع العشوائية التكبير للحمض النووي + الصفات المظهرية) مجتمعة قد فصلت التراكيب الوراثية ال 27 إلى مجموعتين رئيسيتين تباينتا في مؤشر التشابه بمتوسط0.479 ، و 0.488، و 0.501، و 0.282 على التوالي . كانت هناك علاقةإيجابية معتدلة (0.588، و0.483) بين مصفوفات الصفات الزراعية والدلائل الجزيئية ( التسلس البسيط المتكرر والقطع العشوائية التكبير للحمض النووي) على التوالي، وعلاقات ارتباط ضعيفة للغاية بين المصفوفات الأخرى.

This investigation was conducted to study the applicationand utility of Inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) and randomamplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) techniques for analysis ofgenetic diversity among the somaclonal variants derived from the invitro selection procedures and their parental plants, and to comparegenetic diversity estimated using molecular markers with morphoagronomictraits. Twenty seven bread wheat genotypes comprised twoparental varieties (Gemmisa-1 and Sakha-69), six somaclonal variantlines derived from the parental cultivar (Gemmisa-1) and seventeensomaclonal variant lines derived from the parental cultivar (Sakha-69)and two local check varieties were used in this study. All generateddendrograms from standardized morpho-agronomic, ISSR, RAPD andthe combined dendrogram (ISSR + RAPD + morpho-agronomic) dataseparated the twenty seven wheat genotypes into two main groupswhich diverged at similarity index of averages 0.479, 0.488, 0.501 and0.282, respectively. Positive moderate correlations (0.588 and 0.483)were found between agronomical traits and the two molecular markers(RAPD and ISSR markers, respectively) and very weak correlationswere found between the other matrices.
