So this study include application about determination nickel (II) in different samples.

طيف الامتصاص لمعقد الترابط الايوني المستخلص بتقنية استخلاص نقطة الغيمة اوضح ان الطول الموجي لاعظم امتصاص هو (λmax =295 nm) . وقد وجد ان 0.5 M لحامض الهيدروكلوريك هو المفضل لتحويل الايون الفلزي الموجب الى معقد كلورو سالب مستخلص مع (0.25M 50µg , NaCl, Ni2+ (8.52×10-5M ,بوجود 1×10-4 M DB18C6 .كذلك من الضروري ان يكون المحلول حاوياً على 0.6 ML من السطح 1% Triton X-100 .وقد كانت المدلولات الثرموديناميكية لعملية الاستخلاص هي: ∆Hex=0.2897K.J.mole-1, ∆Gex= -63.92 K.J.mole-1, ∆Sex =176.86J.mole-1s-1 مع زمن مناسب للتسخين 20 دقيقة, وقد بينت دراسة تركيب المعقد ان المعقد المستخلص وفق تقنية استخلاص نقطة الغيمة 1:1 كما ان هذه الدراسة شملت تطبيقات حول تقدير النيكل (II) في نماذج مختلفة.
