في ظل الحراك الذي يشهده العالم اليوم في مختلف المجالات، كان لابد على الجزائر أن لا تبق مكتوفة الأيدي بل يجب عليها التحرك من أجل الحفاظ على مختلف مصالحها الاقتصادية، بل والعمل على تثمين هذه المصالح، وكذلك التكيف مع هذا الحراك قصد الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، وهو ما حاولت الجزائر على تحقيقه من خلال توقيعها على عدة اتفاقيات تعاون دولية على غرار اتفاق الشراكة التي وقعته مع الاتحاد الأوروبي في: 22 أفريل 2002 والذي دخل حيز التنفيذ بداية من الفاتح سبتمبر من سنة 2005، والسؤال المطروح هل ساهمت هذه الشراكة في زيادة الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي؟ وماهي التحديات الواجبة على الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل هذه الشراكة من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف؟ هذا ما سنحاول إلقاء الضوء عليه خلال هذه المداخلة والتي سنتطرق من خلالها إلى وضعية الاقتصاد الجزائري، وكذلك العلاقات الاقتصادية الجزائرية الأوروبية قبل عقد الشراكة، ثم مضمون وأهداف الشراكة وأثارها أيضا على الاقتصاد الجزائري، وأخيرا نظرة تقييمية لهذه الشراكة متضمنة جملة من الاقتراحات التي نراها ضرورية من أجل نجاح هذه الشراكة وتحقيقها لـلـهدف المنشود ألا وهو الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي.

Under the mobility of the world is witnessing today in various areas, it was an obligation that Algeria should not remain indifferent; but it must move to keep their different economic interests, and evaluate these interests, as well as adjustment to this movement in order to integrate into the world economy, which Algeria tried to achieve by signing several agreements and international cooperation along the lines of the partnership agreement that it signed with the European Union in: 22 April 2002 which entered into effect in first of September of the year 2005, the question now is whether this partnership contributed in the increasing of integration into the global economy? What are the challenges due diligence on the Algerian economy under the partnership for achieving this objective? This is what we will try to shed light during this intervention, which we will refer to the position of the Algerian economy, as well as the economic relations of the European Algerian before the convening this partnership, and then the contents and the objectives of the partnership and its implications also for the Algerian economy and, finally, an overview of this partnership which will include some suggestions which we believe are necessary for the success of this partnership and achieve the desired objective which is the integration into the world economy.
