This study aimed to identify the level of the teacher students in the skills of Holy Quran Recitation and memorization, as well as identifying the effectiveness of the program based on reflective teaching in developing the skills of Holy Quran recitation and memorization with Islamic education teachers students at Umm Al-Qura University. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach and observation card as the study tool. The sample of the study consists of 70 students, who are equally distributed into two groups; the experimental and the control group. The reflective teaching program was applied on the experimental group students, and applying the tool of the study in the two groups. The study reached to the following results: 1- preparing a list with the skills of Holy Quran recitation and memorization required for Islamic education teachers. The skills of Holy Quran recitation reached to 14 main skills, and (87) sub-skills. The skills of Holy Quran memorization reached to 10 main skills and (69) sub-skills. 2- the means of the two groups in the skills of the teachers students for Holy Quran recitation and memorization didn't reach to the accepted level of mastery, which is (80%). this refers to a weakness in the student's performance level. 3- There are statistically significance differences in favor of the experimental group, which studied with the program of the reflective teaching in developing the skills of Holy Quran Recitation and memorization. The effect of the program was high as (ή) for recitation was (0.87) and for memorization (0.86). This refer to eh effectiveness of the reflective teaching program.

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد مستوى الطالب المعلم في كفايات تلاوة القرآن الكريم وحفظه، ومعرفة فاعلية البرنامج القائم على التدريس التأملي في تنمية كفايات تلاوة القرآن الكريم وحفظه لدى الطلاب المعلمين تخصص تربية إسلامية بكلية التربية جامعة أم القرى. واستخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، وبطاقة الملاحظة كأداة للبحث. وبلغت عينة البحث (70) طالباً موزعين بالتساوي على المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة. وتم تطبيق برنامج التدريس التأملي على المجموعة التجريبية، وتطبيق أداة البحث قبلياً وبعدياً على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة. وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1- إعداد قائمة بكفايات حفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته اللازمة لمعلمي القرآن الكريم، بلغت كفايات تلاوة القرآن الكريم، (14) كفاية رئيسية و(87) كفاية فرعية. و كفايات لحفظ القرآن الكريم (10) كفايات رئيسية، و(69) كفاية فرعية. 2- أن المتوسطات الحسابية للمجموعتين في مستوى كفايات الطلاب المعلمين لتلاوة القرآن الكريم وحفظه لم تصل إلى الحد المقبول في مستوى الإتقان، والمحددة نسبته بـ (80%)، مما يدل على وجود ضعف في مستوى أداء الطالب المعلم في التمكن من كفايات حفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته. 3- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الذي درست البرنامج القائم على التدريس التأملي في تنمية كفايات تلاوة القرآن الكريم وحفظه. وكان حجم تأثير البرنامج كبيراً حيث بلغت قيمة مربع إيتا (h2) على التوالي (0.87) لكفايات التلاوة ، و(0.86) لكفايات الحفظ. مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج القائم على التدريس التأملي، في تنمية كفايات تلاوة القرآن الكريم وحفظه لدى الطلاب المعلمين تخصص تربية إسلامية، في كلية التربية، جامعة أم القرى.
