هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة استخدام المشرفين التربويين لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في برامج تدريب المعلمين في الأردن والصعوبات التي يواجهونها من وجهة نظر المعلمين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (368) معلمًا ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، تكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانة مؤلفة من (55) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة استخدام المشرفين التربويين لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في برامج تدريب المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05= α) تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. كما بينت أن الصعوبات التي تعيق استخدام المشرفين التربويين لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في برامج تدريب المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. وقد انبثق عن هذه النتائج عدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية (إنعاشية) سواء للمشرفين التربويين أو للمعلمين في كيفية استخدام وتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في العملية التعليمية، وزيادة الدعم المادي المقدم لدفع فاتورة الانترنت، ورسوم الاشتراك في بعض البرامج.

This study aimed to examine educational supervisors' use degree for communication and information technologies in teachers' training programs and the difficulties they face from teachers' perceptive. A stratified random sample consisting of (368) teachers was used. A (55) item questionnaire was used to collect data. Both reliability and validity were established for this instrument. The study indicated moderate use degree of communication and information technologies by educational supervisors in teachers' training programs. No significant differences at (α =0.05) were found due to gender, specialization and experience. The most moderate degrees of difficulties facing educational supervisor use of communication and information technologies in teachers' training programs. The study recommends the necessity for organizing training programs for both educational supervisors and teachers concerning the optimal uses for communication and information technologies in schooling, more attention to material support provided to pay for Internet bills and paying the fees required to sign in specific programs available online.
