هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية اربد الأولى لمبادئ فلسفة التربية والتعليم في الأردن. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين التربويين، ومديري المدارس الأساسية، ومعلميها، والبالغ عددهم (4706) منهم (54) مشرفاً ومشرفة، و(146) مديراً ومديرةً، و(4506) معلمين ومعلمات. وقد تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على جميع المشرفين التربويين، وجميع مديري المدارس في تربية إربد الأولى. كما تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع المعلمين والمعلمات بلغ عددهم (450) معلماً ومعلمة، بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (10%). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، أعدَ الباحثان استبانه تكونت بصورتها النهائية من (39) فقرة لكل قسم، توزعت على خمسة مجالات هي: المبادئ الفكرية، والمبادئ الوطنية، والمبادئ القومية، والمبادئ الإنسانية، والمبادئ الاجتماعية، وقد تم الاعتماد في ذلك على أسس فلسفة التربية والتعليم في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية حسب قانون التربية والتعليم في الأردن رقم(3) لعام 1994. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: إن درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الأساسية لمبادئ فلسفة التربية والتعليم في تربية إربد الأولى، من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين هي بدرجة كبيرة، وقد حصلت على متوسط حسابي بلغ (4.08). وقد جاء مجال المبادئ الوطنية في المرتبة الأولى. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الأساسية لمبادئ فلسفة التربية والتعليم تعزى إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الإناث. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد الدراسة تعزى إلى متغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة.

This study aims to identify the degree of practicing principles of educational philosophy by teachers of basic stage at Irbid first educational directorate as perceived by them and by supervisors and Principals. The population of this study consisted of all supervisors, Principals, and teachers at Irbid First Educational Directorate, and numbered (4706), distributed as follows: (54) supervisors, (146) principals, and (4506) teachers. The researcher applied the study tool on all supervisors and principals, while a random sample of teachers totaling (450) was chosen, representing 10% of the their population. In order to achieve the aims of this study the researcher prepared and developed a questionnaire consisted (39) items, distributed in five domains: (intellectual principles, national principles, regional principles, humanitarian principles and social principles). Those domains were prepared according to the Educational philosophy in Jordan, No. (3) for the year 1994. The findings of the study were: The degree of practicing principles of educational philosophy by teachers of basic stage showed a high degree, with an (4.06) average. The (national principles) domain was listed on the top. There are statistical significant differences at the significance level of (α = 0.05) among the responses of the study sample on all domains of principles of educational philosophy, due to (gender) variable, in favor of (females). There are no statistical significant differences at the significance level of (α = 0.05) among the responses of the study sample due to (scientific qualification, experience) variables.
