The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the organic structures, interactive behavior (participatory decision making), and trust with the intellectual capital’s dimensions (human, relation, organizational) of the Sepah Bank employees of Kermanshah province. To achieve the goals of this study a questionnaire including 45 statements was used. The questionnaire was standard and its validity was approved by supervisor and the advisor. For determining the trust of this questionnaire the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was applied. The statistical population includes the personnel who their educational degree is associate and upper than that. These personnel are 159 people and based on Morgan chart the questionnaire was distributed among 114 of them and then collected. For testing the research hypotheses the Pearson test and for determining the responses mean status the test of single-population mean were applied. Also, using the structural equations the responses status individually and the endogenous and exogenous factors were investigated. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the organic structure and the interactive behavior (participatory decision making). There is a positive relationship between the interactive behavior (participatory decision making) and trust. There is a positive relationship between trust and the intellectual capital dimension (human, relation, and structural).
