Organizations have to be equipped with systems of advanced media, information technology and computers in the new era. The organizations which distinguish advantages and disadvantages of these systems and pay heed to the others’ experience and take advantage of them are expected to have a promising future, since they do not bear the costs of those experiences again. The present research which is an applied correlational and descriptive study aims to assess the effect of administrative automation on the decision-making improvement of managers of Governor General Office of Khorassan Razavi, which have been selected based on stratified sampling. Target population of the research is designed based on Krejsi and Morgan’s model. Four decision-making dimensions which have been investigated in this study are correctness, accuracy, timeliness, and economic feasibility. Main instrument of collecting data has been a Likert questionnaire whose validity and consistency were tested and confirmed and variables were tested through the application of correlation coefficient and significance level. The obtained results indicate that administrative automation positively affect four aforementioned dimensions at confidence level of 95%.
