The present study was to evaluate the educational quality of teacher training centers in Iran accord­ing to factors of Pedagogy and sociology from the perspective of administrators and teachers and students of teacher training cen­ters. The statistical population in this study consists of all manag­ers, all teachers and all students of teacher training centers in the whole country and to select samples we used the cluster sam­pling multi-stage technique. We divided the country into five parts (clusters) based on geographic areas north, south, center, East and West and then randomly we selected from each cluster (part) two provinces and then randomly selected two centers of each province, a center for girls and a boy’s Center. All administrators and teachers of selected centers have formed the sample administrators and teachers. We randomly selected 100 students from various years of each cen­ter. Results showed that in the professional and practical skills, knowledge of society, knowledge of learners, their planning, and use of technology skills by teach­ers, the lowest average is related to teacher groups in teacher training centers and the high­est average is related to student groups. There was no significant difference between the scores of students and administrators. In the classroom management skills, the highest mean score was assessed, and is related to the teachers and the lowest aver­age is related to student groups.
